Strategisch gute Lage für Wanderungen an den Levadas. Schöner kleiner Strand und Restaurants fussläufig innert 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Hotel hätte eine Renovierung nötig, vorallem die Bäder und Böden.

Estive hospedada 10 dias em trabalho. Estadia de longa duração, reservei em maio para estadia em setembro com 2 pedidos: cama de casal e que nao ficasse virado para o local de descargas do Pingo doce. Nenhuma das duas foi contemplada e o barulho é horrível. Tanto dos quartos, as portas a baterem porque nao ha outra forma de se fechar a nao ser com barulho e o meu quarto que ficou virado para a porta das descargas do Pingo doce. Depois de um dia de trabalho é dose.... nao ha net nos quartos.

Bel emplacement, personnel sympa. Chambre petite

L’emplacement magnifique face à la mer.
La vue du toit avec piscine et transat.
Personnel accueillant et disponible.
Il y avait de belles chambres malheureusement tout était complet et nous sommes tombés dans une chambre fort moyenne.
Peut déjeuner avec vue sur mer.

La chambre trop petite avec zéro vue par la fenêtre.

Das Zimmer war sehr dreckig, vor allem das Badezimmer. Es hat direkt muffig gerochen und das gesamte Badezimmer war schmutzig, kaputt.
Es war absolut nicht das, was ich für den Preis erwartet habe. Leider das teuerste und auch schlechteste Hotel meiner Reise.
Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr nett und verständnisvoll, leider war das neue Zimmer nur etwas besser. Es war nicht ganz so kaputt aber das Bad leider auch mit Haaren auf dem Fußboden und die Matratze war sehr durchgelegen weshalb das schlafen/erholen auch eher Nebensache war.
Ich bin leider sehr unzufrieden und ich bin alles andere als empfindlich und kleinlich was das angeht.

Привітний персонал, та чистий номер, кожен день прибирають, та міняють рушники, нікого просити про це не потрібно
