Disponibilidade de parte dos funcionários no checkin e checkout (uso do maleiro). Café da manhã justo e em bom horário.

Cons:

Se vc esta viajando a turismo, a localização pode ser um problema - longos deslocamentos no trânsito horrível de BH. O banheiro é muito pequeno e com péssima ventilação - as paredes do quarto escorriam umidade após os banhos. Além disso apresentava grande volume de limo no box de banho. O chuveiro muito fraco, com baixa pressão. A colchão já bastante afundado, anos de uso e os travesseiros péssimos. Bem decepcionante para um Transamérica. Se não bastasse isso, ainda passamos uma manhã toda sem água - algum problema na caldeira/bomba. Só tivemos informação pq ligamos na recepção - pedimos para nos passarem uma previsão ou até mesmo nos atualizarem e a resposta do funcionário foi que ele não teria condições de avisar todos apartamentos. Resumo: problemas estruturais e de equipe bastante sérios.

Hotel bom. Recomendo.
Pros:

A cama é o quarto no geral sãos, destaque para iluminação em luz morna, gerando conformo.

Cons:

Banheiro é apertado, mas é OK. A água servida no frigobar é de latinha, muito muito ruim. Recomendo levar sua própria água.

Cons:

No banheiro do quarto que fiquei a ducha higiênica não estava funcionando. Outro ponto a desejar foi o acesso a Internet, o sinal estava muito ruim. Fiz essa reclamação na recepção. No mais, tudo impecável.

Café da manhã completo e localização muito boa.

Cons:

O ar-condicionado do quarto 301, onde fiquei hospedado, está com defeito. Faz um barulho que não dá para dormir, tive que desligar.
