Fake marketing on booking
We needed to pay more for a room we have selected and they changed the accommodation with no notice. Then they charged me with more money for Sth I have chosen previously and they did not comply

Já fiquei em quartos melhores no mesmo hotel, mas desta vez colocaram um quarto com colchão ruim, travesseiros grandes e duros, janela com alguma buracos, permitindo a entrada de vários mosquitos.

Charmant, einfach und gut

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Lage gut, Personal sehr nett. Hotel schon älter, doch charmant.
Ruhig, sauber. Sehr gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis.

Conforto e boa localização
Pros:

Quarto espaçoso, cama e roupa de cama confortáveis. Kit praia para empréstimo sem custo extra aos hóspedes. Piscina aquecida para o pós-praia. Café da manhã com bastante variedade. E a localização, do ladinho do metrô e a dois quarteirões da Praia do Flamengo.

Cons:

O espaço do café da manhã é pequeno. A banheira do quarto estava com sujeira acumulada nas laterais da saída de água.

Otima estadia para o carnaval

Ótima localização, em frente a estação do metro Catete. O hotel é grande, café da manhã bom e espaço da piscina bem legal.

Cons:

No quarto que fiquei tinha pouca iluminação e a cama não estava confortável, as molas ja estavam um pouco deformada.

Bom, mas PODE melhorar.
Pros:

O atendimento dos rapazes que ajudam com as malas foi excelente, muito solicitos e humildes. Quartos limpos e organizados. Café da manhã muito bom também e o atendimento das moças, em especial Eliane foi excelente, muita solicita e educada.

Cons:

Apenas o atendimento da recepção avalio como razoável devido a falta de simpatia e desdém dos atendentes. Nem olham para a gente quando perguntamos algo. Tratavam muito melhor e com diferença nítida os hóspedes estrangeiros de nós hóspedes brasileiros.
Fica a dica para atenderem com mais simpatia todos os hóspedes independente da classe social e nacionalidade.
