Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Pros:

Unglaublich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr sauber. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Top Lage. Copacabana und Ipanema haben wir zu Fuß erkundet.

Pros:

L’emplacement est top. Le petit déjeuner très correct.

Cons:

Chambres un peu vieillissantes. Ne pas pouvoir repartir dans sa chambre avec sa serviette de piscine et devoir prendre l’ascenseur en maillot de bain mouillé n’est pas normal.

Salle de sport. A 50 m.de l hotel mais c est 1 partenariat donc c est 1 vraie salle de sport. Genial.
Serviettes piscine et plages, changées à chaque fois.
Personnel.agreable.
Eau de la.piscine très chaude.

Cons:

Le chek in est très long.
L'hotel envoie 1 lien pour s'enregistrer en amont mais impossible, le lien ne fonctionnait pas.
Donc en arrivant au moins 30 min de perdu pour se connecter.
Dommage.

Pros:

Wir haben 1 Woche in Rio verbracht und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Hotel ist super gelegen, in kürze ist man zu Fuss an der Copacabana. Ringsum hat es Geschäfte und Restaurants, die Strassen sind belebt und es gibt viele Polizisten. Das Hotel ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Rooftop-Bar mit dem Pool sind echt cool!
Aussergewöhnlich ist das Personal:
Die Receptionisten um Dilermando, Pablo und Egidio haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir bereits um 12h einchecken konnten, sie liehen uns auch immer Strandtücher und Stühle aus.
Adriana und Maria haben täglich unser Zimmer gereinigt und nach unserem Hündchen geschaut, als wir unterwegs waren. Das Rooftop-team um Gabriella, Luis und Eduarda haben uns super Tipps gegeben. Das Frühstücksteam um Mirla, Valeria und Ama haben uns täglich echt verwöhnt. Zum Geburtstag meiner Frau hatten sie sogar einen Kuchen mit Kerze vorbereitet.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Good location and breakfast but needs updating
Pros:

The included breakfast was good and although restaurant was small was never too busy. Pool was useful and again although small was never busy. Good location close to beach and a 24 hour convenience store across the road

Cons:

Some parts need modernising, such as air con was loud and did not work that well. Even though we were on the 9th floor the traffic noise was loud
