Pros:

I got a room with a partial mountain view. The room and bathroom space was adequate and functional. Check in and check out was smooth. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The location was very good and safe. The rooftop pool and bar looked nice but didn't get time to enjoy.

Em geral uma ótima opção para todos, mas principalmente pra quem viaja com pets.
Pros:

Hotel verdadeiramente pet-friendly! O grande destaque é o espaço separado pra quem está com pets no café da manhã, que permite aproveitar esse momento ao lado do seu cachorro. Além disso, todos os funcionários, da recepção às camareiras e à equipe do café, foram extremamente solícitos e simpáticos com a gente e nossa cachorrinha. Recomendamos muito aos pais de pet! O quarto é bem confortável e amplo.

Não tem água quente para tomar banho
Cons:

Não havia água quente para tomar banho no quarto nº 1104 (suíte com banheira de hidromassagem). Reservei apenas uma noite (show da Shakira) e o hotel no domingo de manhã, simplesmente não havia água quente para tomar banho. Ao contatar a recepção, fui informado que seria verificado o sistema de caldeiras do hotel. Em vão. Não conseguimos tomar banho. Resumindo: paguei R$ 1.300,00 por uma diária que apenas dormi no quarto. Resumindo: se querem água quente, não reservem. Ao final, recebi apenas um muito obrigado.

Botem bem localizado em Copacabana, perto da praia e do metrô estação Cantagalo. Tem estacionamento (R$ 50,00/dia). Quarto amplo e limpo. Café da manhã bom.

Cons:

O único incômodo foi o ar condicionado do quarto no qual fiquei, velho e barulhento.

Pros:

Most staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is excellent, rooms clean and tidy but a tad lacking in any personality. It is reasonably priced and they offer a bag storage facility.

Cons:

It is more 3 star than 4 star, the pool should be described as a plunge pool, the sauna is dated and not appealing and the 3 loungers have seen better days. The bar area has 4 stools and one setee and has no atmospohere, probably due to there not being enough space for it.
