Pros:

Absolutely amazing views. Great birding from the balcony. Comfortable fun and easy walking . Breakfast was great the one day we took advantage of it.

Perfect for a couple of nights in Rio Lagartos
Pros:

Great location. We had a room with a balcony where you could sit and watch the boats and the pelicans. Simple but tasty breakfast including freshly squeezed orange juice.

Posizione meravigliosa direttamente davanti al porto dove partono i tour e arrivano i pescatori. Comodo parcheggio. Colazione buona ma essenziale. Wi-Fi funzionante. La camera ha tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Ci tornerei.

Just for one night stay
Pros:

Great Wi-Fi, which is not always easy to find in Mexico. Location great, has a parking lot. Nice balcony with a great view, but there is no kettle or mugs to make coffee and enjoy it in the early morning.

Cons:

The breakfast is just average - you get a fixed option, not sure if it is really worth it. The hotel would benefit from a deep cleaning and better maintenance, and the photos look better than the reality. For the price, it does not feel like good value. It is fine for a one-night stay, but during a short walk around the town we noticed several better-looking hotels in the same price range.
