Buena opción en Llançà
Pros:

La ubicación, el trato familiar del persobal y la atención. La zona de piscina un lujo!

Cons:

Nuestra habitación tenía el sistema de aire acondicionado muy antiguo y hacía mucho ruido par que refrescara, hecho que incomodó nuestro descanso. Por lo demás todo genial.

Schön, leider schlechte Erfahrung mit dem Personal

Unterkunft war klein und schön. Alles sauber und in einer schönen alten Ortschaft gelegen. Pool in einem extra Grundstück, gut gemacht!

Cons:

Ich hatte über Booking bezahlt und beim Check in war auch alles gut. Als ich das Hotel abends verlies, klopfte man bei meinen Eltern das man sofort zahlen muss. Meine Mutter rief mich an und ich war in dem Moment weiter weg unterwegs. Ich rief die Rezeption an und die sagten mir das es da irgend ein Problem mit Booking gibt. Ich erklärte denen, dass ich weiter weg bin und die Zahlung kein Problem sei. Ich erhielt die Antwort, dass die noch 15 Minuten da sind und ich sofort kommen soll und es nicht deren Problem sei, wo ich bin. Fand ich recht frech und auch nicht angemessen so einem Gast gegenüber zu treten.

Un hotel familiar molt agradable en un entorn tranquil, amb una piscina ideal per desconnectar.
Pros:

L'Hotel Carbonell és un hotel familiar situat al centre de Llançà, un poble molt tranquil i amb un ambient autèntic, lluny del turisme massificat. Ens va agradar molt la nova zona amb piscina i gandules que han habilitat a l'edifici del davant; és perfecta per relaxar-se si no et ve de gust anar a la platja. De fet, l'últim matí el vam passar allà i vam estar molt a gust.

Cons:

L'únic aspecte negatiu va ser la neteja del bany. Hi havia diversos cabells llargs enganxats al terra i a les parets des del primer dia, i després de la neteja de l'habitació continuaven sent-hi, cosa que dona una mala impressió.

Atypique cet hôtel est très agréable

De l’accueil très agréable au coin piscine et le petit déjeuner, cet hôtel vaut le détour !

Cons:

Avantage et inconvénient en même temps, il est situé dans le vieux Llança, un peu loin du port et des plages mais la vie apprit de l’hôtel est vraiment locale avec les locaux
