Sijainti oli loistava, huone ja aamiainen hyvät. Ihanat kukkaistutukset joka ikkunalla ja parvekkeella.

Hotel is pleasant enough however the air conditioning is outdated and really poor. I’d hate to stay here in the heights of summer, it would be unbearable. Theirs no hotel reception inside Silvestro, you have to go the the sister hotel across the road. This isn’t a huge issue, it’s not fair away, but it’s not explained on booking and it’s confusing before you arrive. Our taxi driver didn’t even know of hotel Silvestro, only hotel benaco. You only have one key for the room, this also needs to be inserted for the power and aircon. It can’t be separated, so if one of you needs to go to the reception across the road, the other is left with no power, including lights or aircon.
They failed to take payment for the tourists tax on our arrival. We checked out before reception was open in the morning, and was then emailed to pay this on return to the uk. Not a huge problem but can often incur extra charges when paying, depending on your bank account.
The hotels very clean and it’s was fine enough but I wouldn’t rate it as a 3 star hotel.

Same key opened all safety deposit boxes in each room! Madness!

Lift broken had to carry two 20kg cases up to flight of staires!
No reception had to check in across road!
Worst hotel I ever stayed in and I have stayed in alot.

Die Lage war sehr gut. In wenigen Minuten war alles zu erreichen. Es war sehr sauber und die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Personal sehr freundlich.
Das Frühstück war sehr spartanisch. Es gab jeden Tag das selbe. Keine Körnersemmel oder Brot vorhanden.
Im Zimmer ging die Klimaanlage nicht. Der Aufzug funktionierte auch nicht.
Wonderful location , you walked around the corner and you were on the lakeshore , fantastic breakfast , most of all the staff and management who were so kind and caring . I was not well during my visit and they were all so kind and helpful
Nothing , everything was perfect , a very comfortable room . Everything was close by , Bank , pharmacy , and the ferry terminal .

Frühstück eher bescheiden, aber genügend. Auf Nachfrage gab es auch einen 2. Kaffee.
Personal beim Frühstück eher reserviert, freundlich.
Alles in allem gute Adresse wenn man keine zu hohen Ansprüche hat.
Parkplatz möglich für 10Euro pro Tag. Dieser befindet sich ca. 800m entfernt.
Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. WLAN funktionierte anfangs nicht, es konnte jedoch eine Lösung gefunden werden.
