The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, we had a great sleep. The location is great, easy to get to from the highway and close the McMaster Hospital where we had an appointment to attend.

I will say that the hot tub and pool are usually above average. This stay I was extremely sad to say it didn’t look like the pool/hot tub area had been cleaned.

It seemed ok until I got in and noticed the about of dirt around the water’s edge.

Check-in was friendly and efficient. Our room was a little musty but very clean. The pool is wonderful. And we have loved The Hungry Traveler restaurant in the hotel. Excellent food and service and we would stay here again for the delicious homemade meals. It’s not fancy but this hotel has the basics covered which was what we were looking for.
