Die Lage ist super. Personal sehr nett und freundlich.
Alles leider in die Jahre gekommen.
Food in the restaurant was amazing
Left too early in morning to try it
Nothing
The view is beautiful, customer service was great, room was upgraded for no extra cost, food was great.
The quality of the TV was horrible, no fan in the bathroom and sink spout way to close, hard to wash hands, View of the roof takes away from the scenery. The restaurant sat us in the Lounge but we made reservations for the window view dining area.
The hotel has an old worldly charm, rooms were clean, but time has not been very pleasant to the interior decor. The food at the Waterfront Restaurant was surprisingly good, we enjoyed our meals so much that we will definitely return just to experience the rest of the menu. Come for the charm, but stay for the food!
The first room we stayed in was a bit damp and had a fairly noticable musty smell. We chalked it up to the age of the hotel and the proximity to the ocean front, the room was city facing. However, when we decided to stay an extra night, we requested the ocean facing side, oddly the room was not damp and had no smell.
We loved everything about the hotel, the location, the furnishings, the style but moat of all the number of staff and the professional, efficient and personable nature of their service. The food was excellent as well as our room and of course our view over the water. I travel often. I cannot think of a better experience in a hotel including my frequent visits to Europe.
Nothing disappointed us
Very classy hotel
Parking was a bit small, but not much can be done about that. Good for a small car perhaps, but my SUV was a bit too large and was a tight squeeze
Enjoyed the comfort stay and love the politeness
Beds too high
Restaurant was amazing
High beds
Food
The constant water dripping noise in the wall
There was no breakfast
Lack of communication; hotel had new computer system and many difficulties with it. Overcharged for a nights stay and still have not been able to connect with them, after over two weeks, to get this resolved.
Food was excellent. Views were amazing!! The binoculars were a nice touch!
good hospitality, very good food and good location
