チェックインが深夜だったにもかかわらず、快く応対していただき、翌日のタクシー手配もしていただきました。
施設は老朽化がみられ、部屋にゴミ箱や冷蔵庫が設置されておらず、シャワーの湯を最大にしてもぬるかったことなどが気になる点でした。

Overhaul all good

Het is uitstekend goed hotel met goede service, alle medewerkers zijn alert en behulpzaam. Kamer is ruim en voldoende met faciliteiten, alleen tv chanel heeft maar 15 zenders met storingen, wifi is goed. Kamer netjes en schoon, wel verouderde tapijt. Ontbijt buffet scoort ruim voldoende. Ligt heel centraal bij grote malls.

People are really polite. Eventhough I was late 10-15 minutes for check out they didn't mind. Lobby is also nice and has relaxing environment.

Their new coffee shop with halal concept are worth to try!

They told me this hotel has won the awards as world best family friendly hotel in 2015. And, i could see a few couples stayed at the hotel with their children. The room was clean, looks like home, there only few suite room. I recommended to order ayam geprek or beef tongseng.

The hotel was fine in general. Staffs were nice and the breakfast was great. Well air-conditioning. But the condition of rooms was a bit underexpectation. The room wasn't that clean and noise from the monastery was quite big. Overall it's still good at it's price.

近隣にコンビニあり。
主要交通であるトランスジャカルタの停留所もずっとまっすぐで徒歩10分位。
ここのトランスジャカルタの停留所は、
観光地コタ、モナス、デパート街やブロックMへ行く路線の中央に位置する場所なので、
観光にも便利な位置にあります。
早朝に近くのモスクから流れる、イスラム教の歌や言葉で異国情緒を感じます。

多分、排水溝から出るのでしょうが、蚊や小さな虫が気持ち悪いです。
食べ物を開けておくと小さな虫が群がってきます。

Somehow I like the room layout, relaxing and remind of home. With halal concept you feel comfortable. But similar as other small budget city hotel, cleanliness of room is not well maintained. Need to improve more, ie fridge and bathroom cleanliness. But overall is ok
...seem Kitchen team were not ready to anticipate number of guests, food was run out at 8 AM but replenished within 15 minutea

내가 묵은 호텔은 에어컨이 너무 낡았고 위치적으로도 별로였어
여행을 해보니 자카르타는 관광보다는 유흥을 즐기는 곳이더군요
그러니 다른분들은 술집이나 클럽가기 좋은쪽으로 해

チェックインして案内された部屋の冷蔵庫の中が腐ったような臭いで充満していて、とても水を冷やせるような状態でなかった。部屋を変えてくれるか、冷蔵庫を掃除してくれるかお願いをしたが、ダメでした。さらには、洗面所の排水管がくさくてたまらなかったです。サービスの水も提供してもらえない日がありました。
また、ラマダン中のことも影響しているのか、部屋に運ばれてきた朝食は2日以降お粗末な内容でした。従業員も料理の質も良くないと感じました。

来年もインドネシア ジャカルタへの出張あるのに、どこのホテルに泊まるか
悩んでしまいます。

this is hotel with moslem syariah.. clean and cozy, very hospitality, centre of jakarta. The food is very nice and halal. with excelent services from the staf.. great hotel and very recomended! with very cheap price.

This halal hotel provides clean and cozy place to stay with cheap price. The restaurant has delicious food with cheap price compared to any other hotels. The location near train station and across big mosque, also in the centre of the city, close to gambir station, grand indonesia mall, cikini street.

This is my first time staying at syariah, because I usually stay at conventional hotel. this hotel is suitable for moslems with mosque facilities, prayer tools that are available in the room, friendly staff by saying "assalamualaikum" every meet, it's like at home. clothing staff is so polite by wearing hijab for women. the food served is also tasty and fit with the tongue Indonesia. clean and comfortable hotel rooms, large closets and mini bar are also provided in the rooms. the bathroom is quite comfortable for a hotel that is not too big but looks good in the arrangement of space.

Pros:
- clean rooms
- 24 hour staff
- daily water (2 bottles)
- good location close to malioboro
- fantastic breakfast (if you like Indonesian food)

Cons:
- not sound proof, other guests very noisy. Door alarm on neighboring suite went off continually throughout the night, staff seemed unable to turn it off
- phone rang off the hook to neighboring suite at 3:00am... again staff seemed oblivious

A nice hotel, friendly, helpful, great breakfast, convenient location, good value for money.

Picked this hotel because I couldn't get any hotel near my cousin's house. The place is clean and you can find mukena&sajadah for moslem to pray. But the facilities are outdated like the furnitures and the tv. But what can I say since this place is very inexpensive. The breakfast was average they served fried rice, capcay, and sauteed beef with vegetables.

friendly and close to major thoroughfare with a minimal close by that offer lots of food and cheap massages. Walking distance to the concert hall. Mostly Muslims in the area so hard to find a bar. The only close by was the Irish/British pub near the concert hall. Subway easy to ride. I think they deliberately shuts off the power after midnight so the room becomes hot. Breakfast was excellent. Wifi excellent
