Super Lage, toller Pool und sehr nettes Personal
Pros:

Dass das persona sofort reagiert hat wenn etwas nicht gestimmt hat. Die Insel ist sehr voll mit jungen Leuten, dem entsprechend kam es manchmal laut werden. Aber das Hotel an sich ist schön, gut ausgestattet - bis auf die Küche. Die Lage fand ich super. Hotel Taxi kann jederzeit gebucht werden.

Pros:

Der Hauptstrand ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Man ist jedoch nicht mitten im Trubel.

Das Zimmer ist OK. Der Pool auch.

Solid, well maintained, clean rooms that get the job done. But Koh Tao is expensive.
Pros:

The hotel is clean, modern, and the rooms are proper. Staff was pretty friendly. I have no complaints.

Cons:

It's honestly pretty expensive for what you get. Especially compared to every other place Ive been in Thailand. The rooms are proper and clean and everything - but they're double the cost of most similar hotels on other islands. But i think this is a Koh Tao issue not an issue specific to this hotel. I still think this hotel is probably well priced when compared to other Koh Tao hotels. Also, you will NEED a scooter to really enjoy this hotel. It's not the kind of neighborhood that's easy to walk around.

PHENOMENAL.
Pros:

Property is GORGEOUS and the staff are EXTREMELY nice and helpful with any and every concern one would have. BED WAS EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE. I slept like a baby lol. Also they have bike rentals on site that is better than anywhere on the island. Cant wait to stay here again.

Everything was perfect.

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, fussläufig sind Restaurants und ein Supermarkt erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, dank des großen Kühlschranks konnten wir uns gut bevorraten.
Das Zimmer hat neben der AC auch einen VAN, sehr angenehm für die Nacht.
Schöner großer Balkon mit Möglichkeit seine Badesachen zu trocken und abends noch nett zusammenzusitzen.
Der Pool hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Der Shuttle Service vom und zum Pier ist unverhältnismäßig teuer! Wir haben für die kurze Fahrt mehr als zum Flughafen in Bangkok gezahlt.
Vermutlich Preisabsprache auf der ganzen Insel. Hatten gehofft, dass dieser Service inklusive ist, hätte man für den Zimmerpreis, ohne Frühstück! erwarten können.
Wir könnten leider nicht früher einchecken, da der Room Service noch nicht durch war, unsere Koffer blieben den ganzen Tag an der Rezeption stehen, wurden dann später auch nicht auf unsere Zimmer
gebracht. Auch unsere Tochter musste ihren Koffer selbst zwei Stockwerke hochtragen. Die Dame von der Rezeption hielt es trotz Begleitung in unsere Zimmer nicht für nötig ihr zu helfen.
Ich habe die Mitarbeiter leider insgesamt als wenig service- und dienstleistungsorientiert und erlebt.
Die den Thailändern oft zugesagte und durch mich bereits erlebte Freundlichkeit habe ich in dieser Unterkunft vermisst.
Möglicherweise tragen Dinge, wie das Zahlen einer Kaution für das Zimmer oder ein Hinweisschild mit einer Kostenaufstellung für entwendete Gegenstände im Zimmer nicht unbedingt zum Wohlfühlen bei.
Sehr schade, da das Hotel wirklich schön ist.
Ich würde mir zudem wünschen, dass ein Frühstück in den Zimmerpreis inkludiert ist.
