A piscina fria estava imunda, a piscina aquecida estava super aquecida, a comida HORRÍVEL, o café da manhã aparentemente bom, mas pães e bolos duros e secos. Exceto a Jennifer e o Renan que foram ótimos, os demais profissionais tinham muita má vontade. Não volto e contra indico.

Pelo preço pago esperava um pouco mais. Café da manhã razoável, limpeza deixou a desejar e a qualidade do quarto também. A piscina aquecida e a decoração dos espaços comuns salvaram.

Piscina estava extremamente suja.
Ducha sanitária quebrada e sem manutenção para atendimento, dandl como solução a mudança do quanto.
Serviço de mensageiro para carregar malas, indisponível.
Gerador ocilando basntate dirante a falta de energia.

Incrivel! Tamanho do quarto excelente, limpeza excelente, atendimento cordial e hotel bonito e com linda decoração. Algo a corrigir? Somente a lixeira do banheiro sem tampa! Sem tampa não dá! O hotel possui duas piscinas...uma aquecida que é perfeita para os dias frios.

Escolhi quarto com cama dupla, veio de casal, troquei duas vezes e todos quartos eram de casal. Por fim achamos um, com tv quebrada, tiveram que trocar por outra de outro quarto.
