Pros:

This one checks all the boxes. Very clean. Very Friendly. Great Rate. They upgraded our room w/o me asking. I would recommend this hotel, and I will def be staying here again! It is right off the interstate and close to tons of restaurants and shopping.

Pros:

Exceptional experience. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was great. What made the experience phenomenal was the Christmas decorations and the friendliness of the staff. They went above and beyond!

Pool hours are disappointing
Pros:

Room itself was fine. We chose the hotel as it had an indoor pool. However it didn’t open until 10 and closed at 9. Those are unrealistic hours as you can’t really use it the morning of your departure. Definitely would not have chosen to stay there had we known.

Comfortable for overnight stays
Pros:

Front desk and lobby area well lit and clean! Decorated nicely for Christmas! Staff were friendly and helpful. Hallways were a little dingy with slight odor. Room was large and clean. Well furnished. Large bathroom. Towels ample and good quality. Had a frig, coffee maker and microwave. Only con would be the bedding! Bottom sheet didn’t stay put and sheets cheaper quality or ready to be replaced. But also too small for a king bed, not enough material on sides to cover up and we’re small people.!

Welcoming and clean place to stay
Pros:

The hotel is similar to all other Hampton inn hotels in its offerings but goes above and beyond in its service standards. The place is clean, the lobby is nicely decorated and almost homey. The people are friendly and accommodating. They appear to work together well for the benefit of the guests. This tone has to be set by management. Unfortunately, I see that less and less these days.
