Very dirty, it was really rerrible. Noise until 4am and then the sound of tables and chairs being moved. A very poor hotel, perhaps with the concessions of a two-star hotel. There wasn't even any hand-wash liquid.
I can only tell about my experience. NOT good at all.
Even though the owner spoke with us on the second day, at the first night we had a terrible room poorly maintened and with different arrengements from the one we book.
On the second day, the owner made an attemp to fix issues, but new fails shotly after reappeared. We had no water for na whole night, along with eletric blackouts.
Staff are ok, but very limited with english, to a point they're unable to assist.
Istambul is great, but I couldnt just ignore how amateur the hotel was. Pera Center has potential, but they need to improve a lot to.become acceptable
Great location but hotel is not worth what you pay. Room wasn’t clean and aircon unit full of dust. Had to move rooms as the forest room we could not sleep in. Breakfast wasn’t nice and not great options. Charges extra for orange juice. You can pay extra £20 for a better hotel and it will be worth every penny.
Requested to continue my stay and was given a rate for additional days. The following day when trying to pay for the room, was asked for a higher rate and when questioned why higher amount, option of either payment or checking out immediately.
This approach was not only unprofessional but displayed a total disregard to those who sustains the hospitality of Turkey, on which a big share of the economy rests.
I choose to pay much higher at another hotel that should regard and value to its customers....
The only problem i had was the size of the room and the elevator we where 3 and the room was not that large but it was fine they charge the soap and shampoo every day and the hallways smells really good and the room was clean and the breakfast was really good too
The room not the same we booked
We arrived at 6:30 am and didn’t find even bottle of water ( we should have one for free)
Many noisy people in the corridor ( kids playing in the corridor ,we can here the hair dryer from another room at 8:00 am because they left the door open)

Don’t let their pictures attract you, we had horrible experiences at this hotel when we first went to our room their was a garbage bag infront of our door we found bugs on the curtains the room wasn’t clean properly the carpet at the hallway are very dirty and very small you can barely fit your luggages we had to go many time to the reception to help us enter our room since the access card to the room wasn’t working properly it was very frustrating we ended up leaving the hotel we couldn’t handle this horrible stay and ended up stay at a different hotel the manager didn’t care about us leaving the hotel and they never refunded us the remaining days when where staying at the hotel horrible and disgusting place to stay don’t waist your time.

Go check the reviews on any platform you like. They are scammers, they are liars. They tried to scam me and almost all of the employees are all disrespectful. Also best regards to Mr. Metin who said " go wherever you like" after I stated that I would be pursuing my legal rights.
My mom got very sick from this hotel, you can smell the mold as soon as you walk in the rooms (on the website/brochure it is said that the room is big) when you arrive its very small. The air circulation is horrible, so the mold is everywhere. My mom has astma so after one night we told the manager that she couldn’t sleep from all the coughing. He then sent us to “his” room, a suite.. mold is still on the brick toilet walls, my mom couldn’t handle it so we told him we want to cancel our stay. He understood as he asked my mom to show her medicines (as if he didn’t believe she was suffering from the mold). When he seen the puffer and medication she takes he told her he is sorry and that we will get refunded. He promised the money will be on the bank the next day. When next day arrived, the money still wasn’t sent. We went to the hotel and seen multiple people we seen before, trying to get a refund aswel because they felt tricked. The room is smaller than said, there is dirt and mole everywhere. The manager told everyone it will get fixed but thats just his scam. He knows people will eventually return to their homeland, so he just tricks them to wait.
I sent him multiple messages and calls. I am disgusted with the treatment and especially getting tricked when someones health is at stake. My mom eventually had to go see a doctor and got antibiotics for a whole week, because two nights caused the mold to settle in her lungs.

My stay was not bad. However, not as expected. While booking through you portal it was mentioned that there is airport transfer service which I found later through hotel staff that they never provide such services. That means the information provided was misleading
First of all, this is the worst hotel I have stayed in after traveling to so many different countries. I have stayed in Istanbul many times but this place is a scam! First I reserved a superior room and for 2 people bed. Upon arrival, they only gave me a 1-bed closet size room so small you can even use the bathroom. I will post the picture to show how you facing the wall. I spoke to a numbers of people and gave me the run around they going to change my room and never did the manager Mr Yilmaz did nothing just said Tomorrow and it was never changed. My brother had to make another hotel reservation to stay. Meanwhile, I had to stay and got the runaround. All I wanted what I paid for was a superior room with 2 beds. The advertisement is a scam. Ruining my stay and making us pay to book another hotel for my brother! Please stay away from this Pera Center it is just a scam.
Die Toilette und Dusche sind im Hotelraum mit einer Verglasung gettennt, die Sichtschutz ist mit einer knapp angepasstem Vorhang hergestellt. Nicht so komfortabel.
Abzocke Hotel für alles zahlt man extra
Will never stay at this hotel again, even if they offer it for free. This hotel has the rudest staff (the morning shift receptionist). Our room couldn't be dirtier. There were hairs and dust all over the bathroom. There were hairs on pillows from the previous guests. They didn't even bother to clean the rooms before our check-in. Rooms also are super small.
Customer service was not good , the TV in the room was not working the outlets in the room not all of them works , I asked about the TV issue. There is no remote they said come back next morning . I felt I was not welcome there, and it was all business. and the room was not worth what I paid for. Oh, and one more thing the elevator it was to small it barely fits two people .

Die Ortschaft von dem Hotel war Super, Sauberkeit geht noch in Ordnung. Die Mitarbeiter am Rezeption waren Katastrophe, ich habe ein Transfer Reserviert und auch am gleichen Tag wollte ich es wieder Absagen aus einem Notfall Grund da mein Aufenthalt in der Türkei verlängert hat. Der erste Mitarbeiter Telefonierte rum und richtete uns wenn wir uns nächsten Tag melden könnten wir es Absagen daraufhin meldete ich mich wieder am Rezeption und der wollte es einfach nicht verstehen und war 0 Hilfreich und meinte das er es nicht Absagen könnte aber die Tage oder Zeiten ändern könnte woraufhin ich ihm gesagt habe das ich nicht mehr in Istanbul sein werde und meine Ortschaft ändern muss woraufhin er trotzdem den Transfer nicht Abgesagt hat und 5 min. davor an die Türe klopft und meinte das der Transfer gekommen ist aber irgendwo in einer Ecke im Taksim steht unter Transfer verstehe ich auch was anders. Da ich das Geld Vorbezahlt habe haben sie das Geld behalten 900 TL. (45 CHF). Reiner Verarschung.
