Ubud Inn Cottages

I really liked the location. Very central in Ubud , walking distance to shopping and monkey Forest.
Monkeys do enter the property and we could hear them at night jumping on the roof.
Ladies in the restaurant although pleasant are a little standoffish when compared to other accommodation.
Breakfast is very simple but okay.
We had a bit of trouble with our room with air conditioning leaking and the very nice man upgraded us to the suite room which compared to our friends room was deluxe . The pool and gardens are delightful.

On arrival we were able to upgrade to the Suites. Really nice and comfortable room. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Ubud.

The property was terrible! Air conditioning did not work. Mouldy rooms. Bathroom doors didn’t close. They hung inappropriate paintings in a family room. The price we paid was quite high and received such a horrible room. The only positive is the location- it’s in the city center and you can walk to most places.

Cute little place. The property is amazing, lush and has a pool, bar, restaurant, yoga. The rooms are older and more like 1965

It was more traditional Balinese style of a hotel. But it was very cute. Clean and very friendly staff. We were leaving early in the morning and they packed us a breakfast box for the road!
The gardens and pool were very peaceful

Great property! After checking in at the reception desk, I felt like we were in a jungle as we walked to our cottage, which is a good thing. Our cottage was spacious and we felt very relaxed and comfortable. I highly recommend Ubud Inn and Cottages.

Only 200 odd meters up the road from the Monkey Forest, and they frequently visit here...nice swimming pool, however wear swimming google as lots of chlorine...beautiful gardens and conveniently located to all shops and bars...highly recommend.

Property was clean. Staff was good. Maintainance should be done to make sure all broken items in room are fixed like lampshades and inner fridge door. Location is good. Breakfast was ok but staff in restaurant was not too pleasant. Breakfast options for vegetarians are almost non existant and makes the portions too small because one item which you cannot have is not replaced by anything else.

Had a lovely stay at Ubud Inn with my family. No frills but so comfortable, good location and breakfast was decent!

Location was superb. Jalan Monkey Forest is where all the restaurants and shops are located. But the hotel itself leaves much to be desired. Is old and in need of much reinstallation works. The air con almost did not work on our first night. But the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was unspectacular. We played host to one of the primates on our first breakfast when it appeared suddenly. Overall, if you are there to enjoy the beauty of Ubud and are not too fussy about the condition of the accommodation, you can consider the hotel. But if you are prepared to pay more and staying for more than 3 nights, there are other choices along the same street.

Such a lovely property. Walkable to shopping, restaurants, and the monkey forest. I would definitely book if I were in UBUD again.

Ubud Inn is a lovely place to stay. The grounds are beautiful and the pool wonderful. The rooms are really spacious. We had an upstairs rooms which was fine for us but if you have any knee issues ask for a ground floor room. There are quite a few stairs and they are higher steps, as seems to be the norm in Bali. The court yard is very lush with flowers and plants. The restaurant staff are all very sweet and accommodating.
Ubud inn is about a 7-10 min easy walk to the monkey forest and very close to many good restaurants and shopping. The palace with its nightly traditional Balinese dance is about a 15-20 minute walk straight up the street to the end. It’s easy to get to from this hotel and there is so much to see on the way. That’s why it’s a little hard to estimate the walking time as we kept stopping to look at things on the way 😉
