Moderately noisy as room was by elevator; on 3rd floor and had heavy walkers at all hours of the night on fourth floor- also moderately noise. Didn’t like that they could not give me a straight answer when asked for an extended check out; they should prioritize existing customer as opposed to anticipated/ potential bookings.

Too Expensive
Pros:

I liked that they had a great pool and barbecue pit for guests to use.

Cons:

I didn't like the staff particularly one named Jessica she was very rude and argumentative I spoke to management but I think she just told me what I wanted to hear but she didn't do anything. Also, one day we came back to our room from being out all day and the screen window was bent almost like someone was trying to get into our room.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. My credit card was charged twice for the same one-night stay: $181 + $181.

The first charge was processed when I booked through Booking.com.
The second charge happened at check-in because the front desk claimed they couldn’t see the Booking.com payment, even though I showed them clear proof of the confirmed payment on my Booking.com reservation.

I contacted Booking.com support and they confirmed that the hotel had no right to charge my card again. They should have investigated why they didn’t see the original payment instead of placing a new transaction.
But the staff refused to resolve the issue and chose the easiest (and most unacceptable) solution — charging me a second time.

Now I am stuck with two identical charges, and nobody is taking responsibility.

I called the front desk — they deny the issue.
I contacted Booking.com — they promised a resolution, yet nothing has happened: no refund, no cancellation of the duplicate charge.

This is absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful to guests. I trusted a Marriott-brand property and ended up with a financial problem instead of a comfortable stay.

I demand a refund of the duplicate $181 charge.

Travelers beware: this hotel may charge you twice and ignore your attempts to fix their mistake.
I strongly do NOT recommend staying here.

very great stay! no complaints at all
Pros:

the room, kitchen, and bathroom were spotless. the outside is super nice and clean. super close to the AV fair and all the staff was welcoming. the kitchen was fully equiped with a fridge/freezer, ice cube maker, a stove, plates, cups, ect!
