Just had 2 weeks stay home tomorrow,
Hotel lovely clean , everyone friendly
Especially Pasha from events team alway had time for everyone he’s a good communicator very friendly, and levent from restaurant who we called the omelette man also pleasant to talk to, the barber Tayfun is also very good at his job and good to talk to overall we had a very enjoyable stay

We stayed at Le Blu and first impressions were good but went downhill rapidly.firstly our room 4109 bathroom door had to be repaired daily as kept falling on hinges and worrying as was a glass door .toilet seat kept moving and loose had to be repaired.cleaning staff were outstanding and best workers at the hotel .food was poor at the least and often cool.who wants to eat hot dog style sausage with cabbage for breakfast and fried potatoes..children's food was ridiculous they got plain pasta .chicken nuggets odd days and chips and boiled rice .the children's disco entertainment didn't start at night until 9 pm and could not be accessible by children in wheelchairs or buggies due to steep steps .this hotel is 2* at most and we won't ever go back

Terrible service.
They refuse to fulfill already agreed terms by refusing to serve us or give us alcohol (which is included in the price for Super All inclusive)
Rooms are fine, the view is cool but tge bad service spoils the experience. I do not recommend it

Overall cleanliness of property is abyssal; this is at best a 2 star hotel despite what you may be led to believe. I asked for laundry pickup and it never happened, every time I call reception the answer was it will be picked up in one hour. The room service was not available, gym was not available. I booked sea view rooms and they are rather small and bathrooms are terrible with no option to close bathroom door. If you are going with family this is not the place for you.

Chose this hotel because off its location and price. Breakfast was fab and 6 30 /10 am. Staff were lovely and helpful. Some decent choices for dinner, although a bit cold by the time i got back to my table. I should have asked if they had a microwave but ate everything as it was tasty. Shame the wine was so expensive. Couple off restaurant staff were really chatty and caring. But overall ALL STAFF were very pleasant. I think they deserved my tips. My room had sea view. Beautiful and clean. I told the staff they didn't need to change my bedding so often. Someone has obviously left the shower on full pelt so there's been a leak. It's quite hilly, taxi outside the entrance. 5/7 minute walk down into ladies beach. Bit quiet now as its winter. But still plenty off bars and restaurants open.

To be honest, one of the most terrible experiences that I have ever had in my travels. As we check in, we dont have hot water in bathroom!! The problem is solved next day! The recieption behavior was very bad and impolite. We stay 3 nights and we dont have any minibar although I call recieption more than 5 times for it!!! Our room was just at the top of the restaurants so we couldnt sleep from 7 am. Also our room was just in front of the place that they perform shows until 11 oclock pm, so if we wanted to sleep sooner its not possible. Do not choose this place at all.

It was that bad we looked at flights to go home after 2 days. Luckily the Jet2 rep found us an alternative hotel. Food terrible, boiled chicken and dried up turkey. Chips for breakfast along with previous evening’s soup. Husband got very ill. Dirty smelly old room. Fridge empty except for dried up Fanta in the bottom when we arrived. Still hadn’t been filled when we left 4 days later! Mouldy bathroom. Very dated room. Reception offered us an upgrade to better room but had to pay €30 per night which I thought was a joke. DO NOT BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS they are obviously staff members!

Hotel er meget rent.

Alles war einfach perfekt. Waren zum zweiten mal jetzt dort und mit dem Hotel zufrieden. Immer wieder gerne.

Hôtel agréable. Tout est sur place. La réception fait le maximum pour répondre à vos attentes.
La ville de Kusadasi est pratique pour visiter le site d'Éphèse et plusieurs circuits sont proposés.
L'hôtel dispose d'un hammam (gratuit) avec des soins en complément.
Si vous cherchez un hôtel au soleil tt compris, vous êtes au bon endroit.

It was all inclusive resort, which was a surprise for us, the food was actually pretty good in the buffet. What I was surprised is the price for what they call a premium alcohol which was extra. It was outrageously expensive. The beach equipment is very old and needs attention. Seafood restaurant on premises is crazy expensive, you a better off going into town and eat there.

Alles ist soweit ok gewesen allerdings in Bad an einiger Ecken schwarz Schimmel, die leider nicht entfernt sind, fand ich nicht gut. Deshalb waren wir oft in Hamam. Die zusätzliche Massagen und Anwendungen waren sehr teuer 50 Euro aufwärts, haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommenen.
Was uns im Hotel am meisten gestört hat, waren die Leute aus China bzw. aus Indien nur für eine Nacht übernachtet haben und nächsten Tag weiter gezogen haben. Sie kamen 100 bis 150 Pro Abend an und die Getränke und Essen geplündert haben und teilweise fast alles aufm Teller ohne zu essen gelassen haben. Mann könnte auch froh sein, dass man Aufzug nutzen konnte. Also Hotel ist auf Touren fokussiert und immer mit kommen und gehen von hunterte von Leuten konzentriert auf Kosten andere Gäste.
Wir werden nicht noch einmal diesen Hotel besuchen. Auch die andere Hotels in der Umgebung gleiche Qualität. Wir werden definitiv diesen Ortschaft verzichten. Kusadasi ist praktisch ein zwischen Station für Mutter Maria und Efesus. Wo sollen die Leute sonst unter kommen.
Essen waren reichhaltig in Buffet Form. Die Mitarbeiter waren als die Hunderte Ost-Asiaten kamen überfordert aber trotzdem sehr Nett und Hilfsbereit.

The food got boring after a while

Beautiful hotel,very clean nice size rooms.Service in dining room and bars excellent,food very nice and a lot of variety all day.Only downfall reception staff ok at check in and check out anything in between not very helpful.

Das Essen war leider nicht soll schmackhaft

Temiz yatak ve sicak su var. Oldukca eski banyosu var. Manzara guzel. Aksam gelip sabah 5.30 6.00 civaribda ayrilan tur gruplari nedeniyle gürültülü. Sabah 05.30da siradan tum odalari uyandırıyorlar. Hangi odada kimin kaldigini ayirt edemeyen bir otel, cok can sıkıcı.

The furnishings are run down. The hotel is advertised as five-star, but there was not even a bath mat or slippers.

Amazing property on the edge of Agean Sea.. the hotel offers all inclusive option at great prices which are simply much more than just value for money.. comfy rooms are splendid and outstanding cleanliness.. we had a sea facing room where we witnessed beautiful sunset.. breakfast lunch dinner everything awesome.. private small beach mind-blowing.. seaside huts extended over sea offers Maldivian touch.. Heaven for photographers
