Pros:

La cosa che abbiamo apprezzato meno è stata senza dubbio la poca chiarezza: ci è stata data una camera mansardata che non figura assolutamente tra le foto delle stanze,ci é stato richiesto il pagamento anticipato (prima ancora di vedere dove avremmo alloggiato) e non siamo stati avvisati della scelta.
Abbiamo usufruito solamente della camera e della colazione: la prima climatizza ma piccola, buia e con una sola finestra ad altezza pavimento e con le grate quindi non abbiamo potuto stendere i teli. Sicuramente si chiudeva bene quindi il rumore del treno sottostante ci ha disturbato poco contrario dei vicini rumorosi e maleducati che ci hanno svegliato all'alba tutte le mattine perché si fermavano a parlare in corridoio o da camera a camera (quindi camera poco insonorizzata).
Quest'ultimo potrebbe non essere troppo un problema in quanto la colazione va dalle 7.30 alle 9 quindi la sveglia come se si andasse a lavorare è quasi obbligatoria.
Passando invece alla colazione, nulla di speciale: quella dolce è per lo più confezionata, dalle torte alle crostate, passando per marmellate e creme spalmabili, ma comunque passibile, la colazione salata invece è poco ricca ma le uova, da richiedere almeno il giorno prima, sono fatte al momento e buone.
Il personale cerca di essere sempre gentile ma probabilmente si rende colto delle lacune.
Come b&b o struttura in cui appoggiarsi é accettabile, di più non consiglierei, soprattutto se non amate la compagnia di bambini invadenti e urlanti.

Extremely poor value
Pros:

We arrived at this hotel in the early evening when it appeared to be closed up for the season. There were no facilities. The owner was not helpful and there was no food available. The distance from the town is 2.2kms and not 0.4 as indicated on hotels.com. There were no taxis available and we had to walk this distance with luggage in both directions. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great ocean views
Pros:

The staff took good care of us. Walk across the street to the beach. Clean beach great for children. Hotel dinning and bar service with out door patio very nice for a beach vacation.
