I wanted to cool my drinks and other stuff staff provided me with a mini fridge
I by mistake dis not opt fir breakfast but later on while checkin i requested to pls add on and tamr the balaance money for breakfast without breakfast it was 4300somethi g woth breakfast ot was 4600something matternof 300 so adjust in the bill but they recuawd ao i had to pay extra charges per day for breakfast
I feel sometime to satisfy yhe customer staff should accomodate fee minor things

Location is good for people who had to stay near the expressway, rest all is a scam.
The first impression was very poor based on the issues with the washroom basin clogging and broken AC remote which was not working and was replaced when i called the reception.
The bathroom was very dirty and it felt like a cheap hotel.
I wont be recommending this to anyone.
Only the location was good
Staff behaviour, the staffs were very casual and didn't even care for customer satisfaction. We asked one of the staffs to get the luggage to the reception, during ehich he broke the trolley bag. The room was okayish but could've been better if the responsiveness to customer request was done timely. They are charging more compared to others although the hotel is in a good location and looks nice but the service is very poor.
