Estadia maravilhosa !!
Pros:

O Hotel é muito bom e gostei da localização, café da manhã, piscina externa/interna, restaurante e da equipe. Só não dei nota 10, pois achei que o quarto tinha um pouco de cheiro de mofo, mas nada a ponto de pedir para trocar. Deixei a porta e janela abertas por alguns minutos e praticamente resolveu.

Localização boa, vista do quarto muito boa, equipe atenciosa, garagistas muito bons, limpeza boa, café da manhã bom. área da piscina boa, deck das espreguiçadeiras foi bastante agradável.

Cons:

A utilização da TV não funcionou bem. dificuldade em assistir os programas da TV fechada que estou acostumado.
Restaurante na praia extremamente lento em ambas ocasiões que utilizei.

Exceptional stay with stunning views and outstanding service
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The location is perfect, with breathtaking views and direct access to a private beach that was ideal for relaxing. The pier was a lovely bonus, and the multiple swimming pools—both beachfront and within the hotel—cater to all preferences, including families with children.
The restaurant was very convenient, with delicious food and drinks, and breakfast offered an excellent variety to suit all tastes. We did not use the spa during our stay, but having that option available is certainly an added bonus.
What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff were consistently attentive, kind, efficient, and polite, making us feel very well cared for throughout our stay. Valet parking was also a great convenience.
We would return in a heartbeat.

O quarto é bem espaçoso, e as áreas do hotel — com piscina e acesso à praia — são ótimas.
Os funcionários são muito solícitos e educados.
O hotel é bonito tanto internamente quanto externamente.

Cons:

Pelo porte e valor do hotel, o café da manhã decepciona. Falta café coado na hora (a máquina é pouco elegante), há pouca variedade de frutas e os ovos mexidos vieram levemente queimados. Solicitei opções sem glúten e houve apenas um mini pão em um único dia, durante toda a estadia. Já visitei outros hotéis da ilha — inclusive mais baratos — com menos opções, mas um café da manhã realmente excepcional. Minha sugestão é simples: encantem mais na alimentação.
Outro ponto negativo é a grande quantidade de escadas, especialmente nos quartos VIP, o que dificulta para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida.
