At Shibuya Station, exit via the ticket gates on the south side, then leave the station from the west exit. Go up the steps onto the overpass in front of you. Cross the intersection diagonally and go down the steps on the other side, on the right. Pass the bookstore and the Excelsior Cafe on your left, and you will come to a 4-way intersection. Turn right onto the street before the 24-hour Sukiya restaurant. The hotel is just up ahead, on the left side.

Staff were very nice and welcoming. Location was great, very close to Shibuya Station New South Gate.
The place is in desperate need of a refresh. Paint chipping off walls, wallpaper peeling off. Lots of calcium build up on shower fittings. There was no laundry as far as I was aware. The air conditioning only has a heat and fan setting and no cool setting leading to warm nights despite having the window open. The front entrance blends in and made me second guess whether or not it's the right place.
As I was paying almost 40,000¥ per night, I was expecting a bit better quality.

Excellent location close to the train station and Shibuya Crossing and shopping. But very quiet. The room was very small but I only slept there while exploring all day so was ok for just one person.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially when we needed to forward our luggage they were very patient with us.
We also loved the location was absolutely brilliant! So close to the station but a lovely quiet street.

Location. Cost. Staff. Cleanliness. Bathrooms are perfect.
Rooms are tiny. No real common or lobby area. Not a lot of space if you have large suitcases. We had a view of nothing but were so jet lagged it didn’t matter. Not a room/hotel that was nice to hang out in on a rainy night.
The room is small but comfortable. Everything you need is in easy reach. The location is good -- steps from Shibuya Station (South), and a few blocks from Shibuya Crossing and all the excitement there. The shower in particular was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Climate control was lacking (the room was quite hot, and I don't think that was adjustable), but we had them open a window and it was comfortable enough for our stay.
