Turn right onto the street before the 24-hour Sukiya restaurant. The hotel is just up ahead, on the left side.

Cons:

The winding stairs inside the room would have been a pain if I had large or multiple suitcases. There wasn't an iron or ironing board inside the room but it's available at the front desk..

Great location
Pros:

Great location, so close to the Shibuya Station and the main area.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Good coffee machine for guests to use near reception plus a water cooler.
Luggage storage offered before and after check-in is very handy.

Cons:

Small room with a view of another building.
Hotel is also little worn and could use some attention and upgrading (ie scuffed skirting, walls with holes, old carpets and bed bases).

na jedną noc ok.
Pros:

Bez problemu obsługa pozwoliła mi zmienić pokój za dopłatą. Obsługa wytłumaczyła mi gdzie jest pralnia.

Cons:

Zarezerwowałem pokój dla jednej osoby, był on mikroskopijny i śmierdziało w nim papierosami. Poszedłem do recepcji i dopłaciłem za większy. Sumarycznie pobyt wyszedł dużo.

The place to stay in Shibuya!
Pros:

Located a 5 minute walk from Shibuya train station and right near Shibuya Sakura stage, it was very convenient location, staff were amazing, friendly and so helpful, especially when they changed our booking from a smoking to non smoking room with no issues. The room was very comfortable, with a large spacious bed, TV and a large bathroom with bath and shower.

Cons:

Nothing, our stay, the room and hotel were fabulous!

L'emplacement est top ! Et l'endroit assez calme pour le quartier de Shibuya. Une bouilloire, du café, un petit réfrigérateur, brosse à dents, peigne, rasoir jetable... et des chaussons d'intérieur sont mis à disposition dans la chambre. Pas de petit déjeuner à l'hôtel, mais ce n'était pas un souci, avec les commerces à proximité. La chambre est très propre, le personnel d'entretien, très compétent. Le personnel d'accueil, très sympathique.

Pros:

We stayed at Hotel Granbell Shibuya for three nights and absolutely loved the location. It’s in a fantastic spot with very easy access to Shibuya Crossing, the train station, and plenty of restaurants, shops, and nightlife all within walking distance. The hotel itself was comfortable and well maintained, making it a great base for exploring Tokyo. We would happily stay here again due to the unbeatable location and convenience

Cons:

The room was fine for a short stay, however it was even smaller than we had anticipated, which did make it feel a bit tight at times.
