Turn right onto the street before the 24-hour Sukiya restaurant. The hotel is just up ahead, on the left side.

Cons:

Rooms are compact, as is typical for Tokyo, and while expectations should be adjusted accordingly, the main drawback was that the air conditioning was ineffective, requiring the room temperature to be managed by opening and closing the windows.

Gut, wenn man gerne shoppen und abends ausgehen möchte.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage mit Anbindung an die Bahnen. Das Personal ist super lieb. Die Basic Zimmer sind echt klein, wenn man zu zweit mit großen Koffern reist. Ist man ordentlich und organisiert, bekommt man aber auch das gut hin.

Cons:

Man kann die Fenster nicht öffnen. Es wird also schnell stickig, nach dem Duschen.
Sehr kleine Shampoo und Shower gel. Wir haben uns dann eigene gekauft.
Am besten auch vorher einen Adapter für die Steckdose mitnehmen. Ansonsten kann man die auch günstig beim Don Quijote kaufen.
