Perfect stay in a perfect location
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Great nightlife, shopping, restaurants, etc…
The rooftop bar was great. The food was beautiful and the service from the staff was exceptional.
Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Bangkok.

Excellent hotel, with outstanding staff
Pros:

Location was excellent, near to MTS/MRT stations and near malls. Plenty of restaurants all around. The staff was friendly and helpful, very courteous. We ate at all the restaurants. The Italian and Chinese restaurants were exceptional, both for service and food. The rooftop was also very nice. Buffet breakfast had plenty of options. The fruits and fresh juices were very refreshing.

Cons:

The TV in the room didn't have many options and froze very often.
