Pros:

Location was good. Staff were lovely. Absolutely gorgeous hotel.

Cons:

The rooms could have been cleaned each day better. Water wasn’t left and cups weren’t taken out of the room etc.

Côté restauration c etait autre chose mais je pense que ça vient de management ( a sauter sur les assiettes vides, aucun effort pour les efforts de langage, impatients, sauf un qui me faisait préparer les desserts pour diabétique, souriant, gentil un ange. Le maître nageur aussi très gentil, dévoue, parfait, l eau de la piscine géniale d une douceur et propreté extraordinaire au top.

Cons:

La restauration et son équipe vraiment pesant très pesant ( service) côté cuisine et préparateur au top très gentil et accueillant 💙

A mixed experience
Pros:

* Great location: The hotel is very well located, close to the ocean and the seaside promenade.
* Lovely pool area: There are three very nice swimming pools with plenty of space to relax.
* Cleanliness: Our room was very clean and housekeeping did a thorough job every day. Towels and bed linen were also changed whenever we requested it.
* Nice rooms: The rooms themselves are modern and nicely designed.
* Great check-out policy: Check-out is at 12:00, but you can keep your all-inclusive wristband and continue to use the bars and have drinks until you actually leave the hotel. We really appreciated this, especially when having a later flight.

Cons:

* All-inclusive package: We chose the highest package offered by the hotel, which is all inclusive. Unlike many other all-inclusive hotels we have stayed at, however, this does not mean that everything offered at the bars is included. We completely understand that certain premium drinks may come at an additional cost, but we were surprised that fairly basic options such as cider, Mojitos and Aperol Spritz were also excluded. It sometimes became unnecessarily complicated to figure out which drinks were included and which required an extra charge.
* Limited poolside service: There was very little service around the pool area. Unlike in many other all-inclusive hotels, there were generally no waiters coming around the sunbeds to take drink orders, so you had to go to the bar yourself whenever you wanted something.
* Minibar: Even with the all-inclusive package, the minibar is not regularly replenished unless you pay an additional charge. We found this particularly difficult to understand, as it contains drinks that are otherwise included in the all-inclusive package.
* Food: Although the restaurant had different themed dinners every evening, after three or four days we found the food quite repetitive, with many dishes tasting very similar.
* Gastrointestinal illness: Unfortunately, from the second day of our stay, first my husband and then I experienced around two days each of vomiting and diarrhoea. We cannot say whether this had anything to do with the hotel food – we could just as easily have picked up a virus at the airport or elsewhere – but food poisoning cannot be ruled out either.
* Noise: Every evening, very loud music was played in the hotel until around midnight. Due to the layout of the hotel, the rooms face the central pool/entertainment area, so there does not really seem to be a quieter part of the hotel where this can be avoided. The music was loud enough to make it difficult to sleep before midnight.

Rooms and bedsheets not cleaned when asked, for a four star you’d expect maybe a gown and slippers in your room but had neither or an iron.

Tolles Urlaubshotel zum Sonnegeniessen und als Ausgabgspunkt für Touren im Süden
Pros:

Tolles Hotel, schöne Anlage, nettes Personal. Das Frühstück war klasse. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Cons:

Das ist nun „Meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau“:
- die Livemusik abends war ziemlich laut und ging recht lang. Wenn man am nächsten Morgen für eine Wanderung früh raus wollte, hat das ein wenig gestört.
- Das Buffet war für Fisch- und Fleischliebhaber sicherlich großartig. Es gab auch vegetarische Alternativen, allerdings könnte die Auswahl mehr als verdoppelt werden, wenn nicht an sehr viele Salate oder andere Gerichte Thunfisch, Schinken oder Schrimps gestreut würden, diese stattdessen einfach zur Selbstbedienung dabei stünden.

Pros:

Me gustó todo, las instalaciones, la comida del bufet y en especial la atención de un señor camarero del bar de la piscina que se llamaba Siverio, un 10.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó fue que te cobren el agua a un precio tan elevado y encima sea agua de la llave filtrada. Con la excusa del kilómetro cero te cobran carísimo por agua de la llave. Tampoco me gustó que algunos empleados te pasen el móvil por la pulsera para cobrar sin tu permiso o de manera inmediata, me parece un poco agresivo.

Super leuke hotel activiteiten overdag en leuke shows savonds. en overheerlijk eten.

Cons:

Dat er erg weinig Spaanse muziek wordt gespeeld. Overdag en savonds. Ik hoor graag meer latin urban/ reggaeton. Eindstand ben je wel in een Spaanse sprekende eiland.
