Great personnel, nice, welcoming, ready to supprt.
A slightly delayed check out was possible and that was a very big plus for me that day.

Cons:

A little unpleasant that they offered a complimentary bottled water, placed nicely in the room, with a label saying it’s a gift -but EMPTY bottle!!! Quite funny situation, but at the end that part of the serivce wasn’t good.
