Family trip to see Disney on ice in Fargo
Pros:

I stayed here in March with my daughter who is 6. She was very much looking forward to the pool of course. We found the pool to be a bit chilly and since there was also a winter storm occurring we definitely wanted it to be warm. However, that wasn’t the biggest issue with the pool area. There was a group of 12-year-olds in the pool in the evening with no parents and attendance. There were about 10 of them and they were very rude to my daughter and wouldn’t let her swim in the area she wanted and kept blocking her. The pool rules stated no children under 16 could be in the pool area alone, but these kids did not have a parent in the room with them at all the whole time. When the pool attendant came into the pool area, she only said I’m just checking on towels, but did not acknowledge that there was no parent in the room with these kids. They were very loud and literally not allowing anyone else to swim. We left the pool area. When I gave feedback to the hotel, they quickly tried to reconcile the situation which I do appreciate through customer service. The room was very nice and very clean and hotel staff were courteous. We enjoyed our room and the breakfast in the morning and they had free coffee and tea in the lobby all day along with water which I appreciated since it was so cold out I have stayed at many Hiltons in the United States and I love them in general. We are actually staying at one of our favorite Hilton’s in Florida in June so I can say Hilton usually does a great job anytime there is an issue and in this case that was true as well.

Wonderful experience
Pros:

Arya rocked! We were in town with a group of couples and she let us play cards in the lobby while simultaneously respecting her first floor residents. Balancing the preferences of both guests and residents is next level. Will definitely make Home2Suites a stop on my next trip to Fargo!!!

Pros:

They were very accommodating especially after booking.com messed up the reservation after having to cancel one of the five rooms. They also let us hang out in the lobby and celebrate our Christmas on Saturday evening. Also the rooms are large and very well appointed.

What a joke. WORST customer service ever! The front desk worker was insensitive and extremely rude. Would never stay here again.
