A nice hotel for a peaceful getaway
Pros:

The property is well maintained and spacious.
The rooms are extremely wide and spacious and the bathroom looks like it has been recently renovated.
The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of savory and sweet dishes.
All things considered, it was good value for money.

Cons:

The water in the main swimming pool of the hot spring was not warm enough.
Even if the staff at the front desk was extremely kind, the explanation of the facilities could have been better.
We found some hair in our bathroom as well as on the back of our beds.

Location davvero bellissima, curata e in una posizione ideale. Personale eccezionale in ogni reparto: dalla receptionist allo staff della colazione, tutti super gentili, disponibili e attentissimi alle esigenze del cliente. Graditissimo l’upgrade ricevuto. Ottima la colazione, con centrifugatore a disposizione e un grande tavolo che rende l’ambiente ancora più accogliente. Al giorno d’oggi è raro trovare una struttura dove location e personale siano entrambi a questo livello: davvero top. Consigliatissimo!

La camera da letto aveva la televisione soltanto nella zona del salottino e non davanti al letto. Mi sarebbe piaciuto avere la tv anche dal letto

Stupendo, ci siamo innamorati di questo posto e sicuramente ci torneremo con la bella stagione

Il ristorante è spettacolare, la spa molto rilassante e l’albergo in sé per sé è stupendo

Cons:

Acqua della piscina un pochino fredda, e se proprio devo trovare un difetto sposterei l’area relax in una stanza più isolata per stare nel silenzio più totale
