Sve je bilo jako lijepo uređeno hotel pun cvijeća vani i unutar hotela spa ima dovoljno sadržaja delux soba je prostrona sa velikom kadom iznimno ugodan prostor za boravak krevet udoban osoblje ljubazno

Schönes Hotel mit SPA-Bereich
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist schön und sauber. SPA Bereich überschaubar, aber hat eine kleine Sauna, ein Dampfbad, Erlebnis-Dusche und ein Pool. Früchte und Wasser wird kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.
Das Badezimmer in unserem Zimmer war riesig und es gab keine Türe, um das Bett zum Badezimmer/WC abzutrennen. Es mögen vielleicht nicht alle, sich vom Bett aus auf der Toilette und beim Duschen zu beobachten ;-)

Cons:

Das Abendessen im Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen. Da sucht ihr euch besser ein tolles Restaurant im Städtchen. Personal unaufmerksam und Essen für den hohen Preis definitiv nicht gut genug. Frühstück jedoch reichhaltig und lecker.

Assolutamente da rifare
Pros:

Tantissimi servizi, pulizia impeccabile, spa e palestra fantastici. L’arredamento include pezzi di design storici che fanno sembrare l’albergo una mostra permanente. Abbiamo cenato al bistro con grande soddisfazione, cucina ottima, porzioni abbondanti, servizio cortese e puntuale.

Cons:

Il bagno open space è d’effetto ma offre poca privacy nei momenti di bisogno.

Stanza molto bella, ben tenuta, con tutti i servizi ed ottime finiture.
Nell’armadio ci sono ciabatte e accappatoio per la spa.
Colazione molto varia e tanti posti a sedere, tavola apparecchiata molto bene.
La spa è bella e pulita, peró purtroppo non è molto grande, e sabato pomeriggio c’era abbastanza gente, c’era comunque posto per tutti nei lettini e nelle varie piscine, anche se all inizio abbiamo dovuto aspettare che qualcuno si alzasse per stenderci, quindi forse in alta stagione potrebbe non essere così.
Ci è piaciuto molto.

Cons:

Come riportato da altri utenti l’acqua della piscina non è calda, è appena tiepida, non quello che ti aspetti.
La spa offre frutta, acqua e una sola tipologia di tè caldo, poca scelta rispetto ad altre location, mi aspettavo di più.

Hotel che non vale 5 stelle
Pros:

Siamo arrivati a orario di pranzo e abbiamo approfittato a pranzare li, ci ha accolto un cameriere molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo scelto 2 cacio e pepe e sono stati davvero buoni.

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti con un bimbo di 1 anno in una stanza family, appena arrivati iin hotel non ci sono state informazioni per quanto riguarda colazione, checkout, ecc ( praticamente tutto ), dopodiché la stanza l'abbiamo trovata in ordine però sotto i letti tantissima polvere. Ci sta un minibar dove appena abbiamo aperto lo sportello è caduta una bottiglia di vetro perché la fascia che mantiene le bottiglie è troppo bassa e non riesce a mantenere le bottiglie (sono stati gentili da non farci pagare la bottiglia di acqua). Verso sera abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile avere un piatto di pasta in bianco con olio e formaggio per il bimbo e ci è stato detto che il servizio in camera costa 15€ altrimenti se lo andavamo a prendere noi è gratuito è così è stato, appena pronto dovevano avvisarci loro ma passati 25 minuti ancora nulla quindi mio marito è andato a chiedere nella hall e li hanno detto che era quasi pronto 🤣 , ha atteso altri 15 minuti, quando il piatto è arrivato li hanno dato solo il piatto della pasta senza condimento e dopo aver atteso altri 5 minuti il cameriere è andato a prendere una caraffa con 1 dito di olio ( eccessivo ) e un piatto di formaggio ( spreco alimentare ). Appena mio marito arriva in stanza con la pasta praticamente la pasta era dura e gommosa ( servizio pessimo ).
Per quanto riguarda la colazione il buffet molto scarso per un 5 stelle, abbiamo soggiornato in molti hotel a 4 stelle di cui il buffet aveva molta scelta e tutto etichettato. Le marmellate del supermercato con 1 cucchiaio per tutti i gusti ( quindi se vuoi l'amarena ti becchi anche l'arancia e il miele ), se per caso ti piace la cioccolata portatela da casa perché qui non la trovi. Nessuno viene al tavolo a prendere ordinazione per caffè o altro, dopo una lunga attesa abbiamo chiesto noi i cappuccini e da lì altra attesa.
Per noi è stata un esperienza negativa.
