1.На ресепшене девочки приятные, согласились переселить из шумного номера и немного позже выехать.
2.хорошо что завтрак до 11, так как после водопоя не успевали бы раньше

1.Вай фай работал очень плохо, все время выбивало
2.Номер совсем не тянет на заявленные 5 звезд
3.В один из дней принесли несвежее полотенце
4.Воду в номер не приносили, только в день заселения одну бутылку поставили
5.Качество еды на завтрак очень плохое и выбор скудный, приходилось приносить с собой (был неприятный момент, когда я попросила рукколу мне сказали что она закончилась, но через 10 минут увидела как соседнему столику та же женщина вынесла и рукколу и авокадо)
6. Кухня в ресторане ужасная!!! Порции на ужин микроскопические и невкусные, название не соответствует описанию (в блюдо с омаром положили 50 гр и он был резиновый), уточнили что аллергия на болгарский перец, но официант плохо говорит на английском и всё равно его принес в блюде
7. Перед заездом уточнила есть ли спортивный зал, но по факту это не зал, а пару тренажеров в коридоре, к сожалению пришлось пропускать свои тренировки из-за этого

A beautiful hotel in a lovely Italian town. Staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and light. The breakfast was excellent. The spa is a treat.

L’Hotel è sicuramente una bella struttura ma ci fermiamo qui! La pulizia della camera, La pulizia nella Piscina Interna.

Cons:

Colazione Pietosa e buffet che alla pensione Maria è nettamente superiore, servizio penoso e mi fermo! la Piscina interna perché di termale c’è la voglia, ho chiesto per il parcheggio auto interno alla modica cifra di €20 al giorno peccato che la mia auto non faccia colazione perché altrimenti avrebbe pagato più lei! Ci sarebbe molto altro ma credo che ci sia troppo da migliorare ed io non tornerò mai più!! Capisco perché Montecatini sia caduto così in basso se anche un hotel così (sulla carta) apparentemente blasonato abbia lacune evidentissime!! Abano a Montecatini non lo vede proprio!

hotel vicino al centro e ristoranti raggiungibili anche a piedi,struttura molto elegante e staff cordiale e disponibile. abbiamo trovato una colazione molto varia che va dal salato al dolce. parcheggio libero di fronte all'ingresso della struttura.

Lep starinski hotel z odličnim zajtrkom in čudovitim vrtom
Pros:

Hotel ima res lep starinski šarm, čeprav je videti, da je bil na hitro in nekoliko cenovno ugodno obnovljen. Kljub temu daje prijeten občutek bivanja. Zajtrk je čudovit in zelo raznolik – res velik plus! Osebje je korektno in prijazno.

Vrt je zelo lep in urejen, notranji ter zunanji bazen sta v redu, vendar bi potrebovala nekaj obnove. Parkirišče je brezplačno, nahaja se čez cesto in je povsem ustrezno.

Na splošno prijetno bivanje z nekaj prostora za izboljšave.

Cons:

Ploščice v bazenu odpadajo, kar je lahko tudi nevarno. Splošna čistoča ob bazenu je slaba. V celotnem tednu niso pospravili ostankov plavalnih kap ob robu bazena. Opazna je tudi plesen po stropih, stenah in oknih, kar daje zelo slab vtis.

V sobah je po tleh poceni topel pod z imitacijo parketa, kar ne ustreza standardu takšnega hotela. Prostora za shranjevanje oblačil skoraj ni – na voljo je le manjša omarica z obešalniki, brez polic za zlaganje. Prostor je praktično le za en kovček.

Colazione: difficile trovare un tavolo e ancora di più farlo pulire. Solo due addetti per circa dieci tavoli sono insufficienti, con conseguenti ritardi nella preparazione, nel servizio e nel rifornimento del buffet. Musica sinfonica romantica a volume elevato poco adatta a mio parere.
Prodotti da bagno: scelta ecosostenibile apprezzabile, ma qualità non all’altezza. Bagnoschiuma e crema corpo sembravano prodotti economici e poco curati.
Cena in camera: supplemento di 15€ su 45€ di conto eccessivo e non chiaramente indicato.
Avrei apprezzato trovare una penna in camera

Сюда хочется вернуться- сдесь хорошо
Pros:

Доброжелательные отношения и прекрасный персонал, возможность отдохнуть, позаниматься спортом, посетить спа, вкусно покушать , рядом источник с целебными водами, историко- культурными памятными местами

Cons:

Хотелось бы чтобы вместо простыней был пододеяльник, но эта мелочь не повлияла на отличное время отдыха

Veľa ovocia na raňajkách. Dostatok parkovacích miest hneď oproti hotela a bezplatne.

Cons:

Veľmi špinavé poháre na izbe a taktiež v reštaurácii. Nemysliteľné, aby pohár prosecca za 8€ a špinavé poháre na stole.
