There is a couple of bad people at your property at the front desk.The two Ladies have no customer training. Had been there almost 2wks when I attempted to take 2 guest to my room,filling out the forms she asked me for 500bt to bring guest to the room. The second day,asked the ladie for a pat of butter,she advised me it would cost 5th….been staying there almost 2wks and you could give me a pat of butter.No skills just get robots no personality.sometimes you can be technically right but constantly wrong.Poor judgement….to make money is there only thing.

Great balcony looking to the beach

ビーチに近く、スタッフもみんな良い方でこの点は非常に満足でした。但し、ホテル自体が大変古く部屋の中も壁など破れが目立った。また、部屋に蚊（？）がいたが、フロントに言っても、窓を開けておいてくれという返事には不満を感じた。部屋に金庫が無いことも不便でフロントにある金庫も夜が22時くらいまでしか出し入れが出来ず預けることもままならなかった。１６０THBで食べた朝食は十分な内容であった。

Et hotel der ligger godt og er meget prisvenligt. Men forventet ikke luksus. Der er 2 liggestole ved poolen, som er i solen. Resten er i skyggen under et halv tag og kan ikke komme ud i solen.
Lad vær med at købe morgenmad mad med i pakken , det er penge lige ud af vinduet. Morgenmaden er ufattelig ringe.
Hotellet er meget slidt. Aircondition virkede kun engang i mellem. Og larmede ufattelig meget.
Men personalet er fantastisk rare og smilende og fik opholdet til at virke.

vi sjekket inn og ba om ett rom oppe i etasjen, det fikk vi, rommet var ganske slitt, så vi ba om upgrade til et rom med utsikt og det gikk bra , kjempehyggelig betjening hotellet lå 3 minutter fra stranden, frokosten meget enkel Det som for oss var viktig var beliggenhet helt topp . Super service for oss var beliggenhet viktigere enn luxus Hotel. Eldre slitt Hotel , super betjening og fantastisk beliggenhet

Property is not new but that reflects on the price. Well kept. Above all excellent Burmese staff. Good breakfast for 160b. Lunch and dinner options too. No need to eat out and get tummy ache.
Could use overhead shower head and a ceiling fan in the washroom. Ac blows cold with 123 setting. Nice balcony overlooking the ocean. In house beer purchase option after 711 closes

Bathroom was very poor. No shower just hose attached to bath taps. Water spilling out over edge of bath during shower

Average hotel close by to the beach about 2 minutes walk, few blocks u have good shopping center, restaurants and Tiffany show

Es war alles Tip Top doch alles in die Jahre genommen und bräuchte eine Grundsanierung

Great distance from the sand of the beach. A few steps and you’re there. Beautiful view from the balcony!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The price is affordable, and the place has a nice atmosphere with a swimming pool to enjoy. It’s very convenient—just a short walk to the beach, which is a big plus.

While some of the facilities and the room are a bit old and could use some updates, everything was clean and the room was comfortable to stay in. Overall, it’s good value for money, especially if you’re looking for a budget-friendly place near the beach.

Nice big rooms, and very friendly staff. Cleaning staff are always smiling and they do a very good job.
Only thing that’s not so good is when taking a shower. You are standing in a bathtub and it’s very slippery.
But I’m coming back next time. My favorite hotel in Pattaya.
