Ok, I will stay again next time for an extra day to look at all the facilities.
Pros:

There was body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower free.

Cons:

There was no fridge and themed was felt very uneven.

Never staying here again

Cons:

The price for what the riom was. For the same price zt other motels in the same vicinity ypu could get a self contained room that was 4 times bigger. They also charged an extra fee on top of room cost for parking

There appeared to be limited understanding of face-to-face customer service standards. The issue was not resolved effectively, and the level of customer service was below expectation. Management’s response came across as rude, with no apology offered when explaining the issue. Staff need to know how to approach and resolve issues. Becoming overwhelmed to the point of crying in the back office and informing customers that they could not be checked in was not an acceptable response and did not meet customer service expectations.

I have paid less for better quality and won’t stay there again.

The location was great. The pool area was nice.

Cons:

There was an offensive smell on the floor we were staying on. I mentioned it to staff but nothing was done about it. The charges on my account for parking per day. You shouldn’t charge paying guests for parking and not tell them until after they find it on the charges. We were woken up at 11pm and had to evacuate the building. It was very scary and traumatic for my daughter and me. Then we were told it was because someone took a hot shower. That is ridiculous and such a waste of emergency services time. The place is very dated and needs a good refurb. Also it’s not clean outside. Dirty condoms and rubbish bags lying around.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful

Cons:

The room had an immediate mould smell coming from the aircon. The balcony was not as advertised and the door to the outside was continually jammed. The access to the hot water system was places directly next to the bed which made a creeking noise throughout the night.

Nice and close to town
Pros:

The room was lovely and clean the receptionist didn’t give a lot of info on were to park or were the room was
The restaurant didn’t open till 7 for breakfast which was a little late as we had places to be at 8pm
