Great spot , great hotel.
Pros:

We upgraded to the top floor - it was great. Very comfortable .

Cons:

There was nothing really - felt the front staff weren’t overly friendly but I think she was in training.

The best accommodation for my needs. A frequent visitor.
Pros:

Perfect location to shops, lagoon, river walk and town. Very functional and comfortable room with view of the river and out to ocean. Very comfortable bed. Compact well stocked kitchen. Restaurant underneath very convenient with good food and service.

Cons:

Would have liked instant coffee and a few more black teabags and less green and herbal.

Well appointed. Spacious. Staff are very helpful. Great location. Easy parking. Laundry facilities

The lounge furniture is very small. Needs a couple of comfortable chairs

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good too

Cons:

The receptionist was not friendly and I felt like I was bothering her checking in !! She didn’t tell us about the free breakfast until I went back down and asked.
The morning staff was friendly

Clean, roomy. Not worth the money.

Great bed

Cons:

No phone in my room had to go downstairs to order my “room service” which came in a paper bag !! Reception were not interested in fixing the problem.

We had the worst room right opposite the gym. Every time the gym door was opened our door banged and people were using the gym at 4.30am.
