Jacuzzi sporche e malfunzioinanti, cambio lenzuola mai fatto, personale ai piani che bussava alla porta alle 8 della mattina nonostante il cartello esterno " Don't Disturb"

Un piacevole soggiorno
Pros:

Ho soggiornato con il mio compagno per 11 giorni in questa struttura e posso dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene.
La struttura è ben organizzata e molto pulita, presenta diversi punti bar/ristoro, una piccola palestra e una zona wellness, ogni sera sul palco si può assistere a musica dal vivo e spettacoli di vario tipo.
Le camere sono moderne, pulite, spaziose e dotate di una bella vista sulle montagne, sul mare e sulla cittadina.
La cucina è abbastanza varia con tematiche differenti ogni sera (cucina messicana, spagnola, cinese ecc.) e diverse opzioni per tutte le portate, molto bello lo show cooking che consente la scelta della cottura di pesce e carne, ciò che non mi è piaciuto molto è stata la totale assenza di spiegazioni degli ingredienti contenuti nelle diverse portate, soprattutto per i dolci, avendo delle intolleranze ho dovuto chiedere più volte al personale di sala.
La struttura dispone di pochi posti auto, fortunatamente nelle zone limitrofe sono presenti molti spazi non a pagamento in cui poter parcheggiare.
Nel complesso è stata veramente una piacevole vacanza.

Cons:

Purtroppo siamo capitati nel periodo in cui stavano facendo dei lavori alla facciata della struttura, questo ha portato la chiusura di una parte della piscina, della zona esterna del ristorante e ad un costante rumore durante tutta la giornata, a mio parere avrebbero potuto effettuare questi interventi in un periodo di bassa stagione, non a luglio e ad agosto quando sono presenti la maggior parte dei turisti.

Un poco antiguo, habitacion no muy limpia, no me repusieron gel de baño en ningun momento y el buffet escaso y comidas repetidas todos los dias.
