We had a wonderful stay and would like to sincerely thank the hotel staff for accommodating my request. They kindly gave us a room on a higher floor with a beautiful ocean view, which made our stay even more special.

The food at the hotel was also a pleasant surprise. It was absolutely wonderful! Every evening there was a themed dinner featuring cuisine from a different country, which made the dining experience very interesting and enjoyable. Everything was delicious.

Thank you to the whole team for the great service and hospitality.

I liked the well being area next to the pool and I liked the gym.

Overall a very pleasant experience. Minor things: if you have a sign saying you only change towels if on the floor then respekt the sign. The towels were changed even if not on the floor. To us the aspect of respect for environment is taken very seriously. Also the neighbour hotels ventilation which ran all night was soo annoying. Difficult for you to change but if you could take this into consideration.

What a great hotel. The staff were very welcoming. When we found that our tour company hadn’t forwarded the request for a quiet room which resulted in a room immediately above the disco, the reception staff, especially Tina, were so kind and got us moved to a quieter room, and also because of my husbands medical needs, they allowed us to stay after the checkout time at a reasonable cost. The hotel was very clean, food was good with lots of choice and all hotel staff were friendly and efficient. We would happily stay again and recommend it to friends and family.

Just returned from a two week all inclusive break at this adults only hotel.
This was our second visit and would certainly return again. This hotel is spotless. Even poolside toilets are cleaned every hour. The animation team were amazing. I took part in French Boules, rifle and pistol shooting and archery. Alfredo, Daniel and Raul made sure safely was paramount at all times and made taking part fun for everyone.
Food at all meal times was excellent with good choices. Evening entertainment was varied but Sunday nights duo were the highlight.
This hotel operate an amazing 'no sunbed reservation' policy which works !! If only all hotels would do so.

Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Clean and spotless . Fully inclusive, good food and drinks . Need to cater for more gluten free.. cannot fault this standards of rooms are good . Yes I would return.

Just back from a lovely week at this adults only hotel and what a lovely hotel it was. It was lovely and clean and all staff super friendly.
The food was lovely and plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also the choice of drinks was really good, but even being all inclusive needed to pay for some drinks.
Room lovely and big, cleaned everyday by lovely friendly staff. Pool towels included in stay which was really good.
Plenty of day activities going on and apart from one night, entertainment was really good. But must say seating in main function room very strange as views of the entertainment is blocked by the pillars.
Plenty of sun beds around the pool and had no problem finding one. Again all very clean with friendly staff available if anything needed. There is a’ la carte restaurant that you have to pay to eat in. Would off been nice if could eat there once if you are staying all inclusive like other hotels stayed at.
But would definitely stay there again.

Very clean. Lots of areas to chill out in both inside and outside. Rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels.

Just returned from a very relaxing one week stay. The hotel room was comfortable, quiet, clean, well equipt, bed was huge and comfortable, the shower was fantastic. Cleaners were exceptional and all staff from reception to bar staff and restaurant were courteous and friendly. Food was good (as far as all inclusive can be) plenty of choice, hot and satisfied both meat and vegetarian eaters. Bars were relaxed and never too busy, entertainment was a mixed bag but we appreciated something from every evenings offerings. Pool area had plenty of sunbeds and the heated pool was very much appreciated . Pool towels, WiFi and safe were all included at no extra charge. The only constructive criticism I can offer would be more drinks to be included on the all inclusive plus wristband - the available cocktail selection was quite poor and we paid the extra for the plus to eliminate the need to be carrying cash to have to pay for drinks, if we’d known so little was included we would have just stuck with the standard all inclusive. But all in all we had a lovely relaxed stay and would return
