Dream Hotel Pattaya

It was very clean and better than I expected

I enjoyed the walking daily, the property is just 2 blocks away from the beach and behind the famous Pattaya Walking Street, very safe and sounded with affordable restaurants

I didn’t like the check-in and the dealing with the people at the reception very rude not friendly always ready to assault you. I never felt so bad with the receptionist people whatever you ask you always receive a very rude answer. The only nice person at the reception it was the night Porter very friendly very negative experience this year the only trouble is that the hotel is in a very good position right in the centre you no need any transport to get to the nightlife you fancy.

The staff are friendly and the room is clean, but there is a definite need for maintainance. The shower had been replaced and when you turned it on the roof leaked. When yyou looked up to see where the water was coming from, you could see black mould on the ceiling tiles. the lighting in the hallways is pretty dark and the elevators cetainly don't feel like they've been inspected recently...

The room was not a deluxe room. The bed was broken. It smell like a toilet. When it rained, it rained in my room. The fridge sounds very load. Ready to exploded. No TV remote for the old TV. The girl at the front desk was so rude. The maid was great!

二度と使用しない。場所の環境も悪い。日本人にはそぐわない上を覚悟で宿泊するべし。

予約が入ってる事を理解していなくてチェックインにかなり手間取った。指定の部屋は工事の掃除をしていなく変更してもらった。セーフティボックスも設置しているが作動していない。が、全てを凌駕してスタッフが一生懸命なので許せます。

A simple room with all facilities including an affordable minibar and seating area. Our room at the inner courtyard was quiet enough, but it was not even a 10-minute walk to Pattaya Walking Street. The breakfast room looked okay, but breakfast was just a few fixed, cheap options on the menu, so we went somewhere else.

Staff were disorganised, miserable and helpful. Any assistance sought to rectify the many problems that arose were treated with distinct and totally disregarded.

Great location. Great staff.

워킹스트리트 근처에 있고 직원들도 친절하고 시설도 가격대비 나쁘지 않아요.
다시 묵을 의향이 충분히 있어요 ^^

We booked the hotel through agoda.com. Hotel was good but renovation and maintenance really required. Bathroom odour was very bad. For one night and with friends it is a ok budget hotel. Breakfast was very good and heavy. Nearby locations are very good, walking strret is in just 2mins walk away. As a whole it is a good hotel.

周辺には夜遊びは勿論、CVS、レストランなど揃っていて滞在には便利。ウオーキングストリートに近いが特に騒々しい事もない。設備は古いが清潔感は保てているし何しろリーゾナブル。アメニティは石鹸以外何も無いがこの価格ならむしろ潔いかなと変に納得。スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで周辺情報も丁寧に教えてくれた。また宿泊さしてもらいます。
