Pros:

the location is much better, walk to the Pattaya beach within 15mins. They have cover parking in a building, the floor put tile. The room has a dining table & 2 chairs plus one stool with wheels.

古い建物で、シャワールームにも清潔感がない。
だが、値段の安さを考えると、不満はない。
問題点としては、朝、近くに飲食できる店がないことが挙げられる。

だが、この予約で最も困らされたのは、エクスペディアの地図情報が誤っていたこと。
Google mapsで確認しなかったら、きっといつまでもホテルに辿り着けなかっただろう。

以前来た時には使えた、各部屋にあるセイフティボックスが使えなくなっていた。フロントに聞いたら、どこにもないとの事。場所柄バイクがないと不便ですね。

近くにディスコがありますが、騒音はそこだけで快適です。ホテルのすぐ前にクリーニング店、レンタルバイク店、レストランが、少し歩いた所に大型スーパーがあり便利です。

優點: 乾淨,安靜,便宜.
缺點, 設備老舊, 仍是舊的CRT 電視,建議 :交通必須自理,租摩托車, 當然門口就有Ｔaxi摩托車 .....

The Navin Mansion 3 is a very nice hotel at the right price. My wife and I enjoyed it very much and will definitely stay there again. It is in a nice quiet area but has everything you need within a short walking distance.

Receptionist lady very rude had bad attitude, she busy playing games on phone or watching TV, condition of room was ok but found mosquitos in night, this hotel should be rated one star only

Okay place for money. I had problem with smells!
Pros:

Navin Mansion 3 Is really okay hotel for the money I paid. It is not on main street so you need to use mototaxi to get to beach road. Almost every mototaxi knows where is Navin Mansion 3. (Two time they drive me to Navin Mansion I think 1 and 2).

Near Navin Mansion 3 there is Muay Thai Academy by Stephan Nikiema, and I spend some great time there by practicing thai boxing. I meet few interesting persons there.

I had one problem in Navin Mansion 3 and that is smell in toilet.
You must have opened the door of toilet and one of windows in room all the time!!!

If you close the door of toilet and windows of room you will feel really bad smell!!

After 2 days I asked stuff about and they said to me to open the door of toilet and one windows all the time. And that was solution for smell, but then I had problem with streets sound!

All the night there you will heard sound vehicles!

One night also there where no internet for few hours!
