Charging me a hundred dollars extra on my credit card card for
Incidentals and didn’t tell me.
Then told me it would take 3 days to put back on .totally ridiculous!!

Everything was fine except the room

Cons:

The smoke alarm above the bed blinked every 3 seconds a white light. It was totally disturbing. I did not sleep because of it. Very annoying And there was mold in the shower

When I made reservations I stated I needed AdA room with wheelchair accessible to the bathroom. The first night they gave me the wrong room. But they corrected it . After that everything was fine.

Exactly what we needed!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The shower had great pressure and was hot.

The LED lights in the tv are starting to go.

Pros:

We were there for a family visit. Location was great, especially since Dunkin Donuts was in the next parking lot! Very close to everything.

Staff was extremely accommodating as I had mistakenly made the reservation for the next day. They were able to assist me with it and explained everything. Made me feel so much better!!
