We were there for a family visit. Location was great, especially since Dunkin Donuts was in the next parking lot! Very close to everything.
Staff was extremely accommodating as I had mistakenly made the reservation for the next day. They were able to assist me with it and explained everything. Made me feel so much better!!
My room was close to the lobby and there was way too much noise by Costumers during the night. We couldn't sleep

My review is based on price paid and level of expectation at a Holiday Inn Express. Property clean with good facilities and comfort. Very good amenities-pool and gym. Fast WIFI, great TV. Spacious room, good size fridge, very good A/C. Nice breakfast.
We asked for a coffeemaker in the room; they brought a Keurig with coffee, etc. Dunkin’ Donuts and Taco Bell very close.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I slept great and woke feeling well rested, and had a nice breakfast.

Pool and location. Pool was warm and kids enjoyed it. The location was close to things like dunkin, other fast food and grocery. Close enough to Legoland which is where we were going but there were other options closer that I would've chosen instead based on our experience. Coffee machine in the lobby is nice (fresh ground). Refrigerator in the room is key with little kids- able to bring juices and fruit from home (see below as to why this was needed)
First room we got smelled awful- so bad we were gagging (like wet dog). The 2nd room was fine on 3rd floor but the elevators didn't work the entire first day were there which meant going up the stairs with 2 toddlers multiple times. The breakfast was not good either. Didn't have any fruit, no pancakes, no cinnabuns, and only sausage as a protein which no one in my family eats. One of the reasons we stayed here/picked this one over another was for the breakfast and now wish we hadn't. We all just ate cereal and only option was whole milk. Also none of the soda machines or ice machines were working. They had bagged ice in the lobby. The outlets in the room were weird- there was an outlet on the sink counter but it was blocked so you could not use it. They provided only 2 full sized towels for a 2 queen room which slept us 4. Short 2 towels.
