Clientele not for us, but the property is nice.

The facilities were great and the room was spacious

Cons:

The walls were too thin and unfortunately the room next door had the TV on literally all night. We had the manager come at midnight to get them to turn it down, but by 3:30 AM it was blasting again. We got no sleep. NB: this property seems to be used by students, either between terms or for sporting events.

I loved the Riverview and the staff was so accommodating and made sure that me and my family got rooms right next door to each other.

Cons:

They have everything within a short distance Starbucks places to eat wonderful grocery store that had like everything.

Close to where I was going, simple, easy, clean

Cons:

I would have liked it to be cleaned or at least offered to be cleaned over the 3 days I was there. I forgot to ask, and shouldn’t have to.

Ok hotel is you get a good price
Pros:

Beds were good and was 30 months walk to Autzen Stadium.

Cons:

Very overpriced for what it was. No breakfast or other amenities. Room is only cleaned once per week. Room felt a little tired. Bathroom door had warping on it. Desk chair upholstery was cracked. The room was also very warm although it was cool outside and heat was set to 69.

This place was old. Room was clean but shower water pressure was nonexistent, mold spots on ceiling, rips in the wallpaper in the bathroom, bathroom door had to be manhandled to close past the toilet. It was not Marriott caliber.
