Breakfast was up and beyond what hotels serve. Was really good
Parking was in back but it was a lot of people at motel at time so it is what it is.
It was in a perfect location to where I needed to be.
The shower constantly smelled like sewage.
I asked for a quiet room, unfortunately didn’t get it. I read a lof of bad reviews about the 4th floor, and it was really packed with people.
First, the fridge in my room (405) made crazy weird noises all night, sounded like a loud frog, probably it was the draining pipe. So I had to move it and unplug it. That fixed it. Next issue, the room next to me had annoying loud alarm going off at 3:30am for like half an hour. I told the reception and they tried to handle it, eventually the person turned it off. Next day, exactly at 3:30am AGAIN alarm going off, I banged on their wall and they turned it off. I mean what an idiot.. but also, maybe don’t put people next to my room if I even ask for quiet??
EVERY morning the cleaner was banging around from 7:30am in the rooms next to me.. I have never seen anything like this, and I travel a lot! Check in time is late AF, do you seriously think it’s a good idea to wake people up when probably they are on vacation?? You can imagine I didn’t sleep well or at all for 4 days, I was super tired the whole time of my visit.
Breakfast… horrible choices, coffee terrible and at 9am I had to ask them to put out more coffee and there was zero bacon left. I really wouldn’t stay here again, I recommend trying the other bad rated hotels around if you need to stay in this area.
The staff was excellent! I would rate them 11 stars!
The towel was frayed.
Randy at FD helpful. We even watched him help tie an ice pack for a little boy with hurt finger.
The ceramic coffee mugs were questionable with cleanliness. However they did restock hot water and paper cups while we were still in lobby

Location was great. The pool was wonderful.
Unfortunately, the room smelled like dirty, wet dog and my air conditioner did not work the best. I had it on 63 and it stayed well above 70 in the room.
The Fitness Center and pool were great! Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was on point!
Don’t have anything bad to say about it. Had a great stay
First time at this type of property. Really like the space and ability to cook dinner. Beds were comfortable.
