Pros:

Randy at FD helpful. We even watched him help tie an ice pack for a little boy with hurt finger.

Cons:

The ceramic coffee mugs were questionable with cleanliness. However they did restock hot water and paper cups while we were still in lobby

Your staff was wonderful. The breakfast was great.

Location was great. The pool was wonderful.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room smelled like dirty, wet dog and my air conditioner did not work the best. I had it on 63 and it stayed well above 70 in the room.

The Fitness Center and pool were great! Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was on point!
