Cons:

I think the air conditioners need to be replaced. Had ours set to 66 the whole trip it was only 50 degrees outside and it couldn't keep up

The staff was very nice and great location

Cons:

I stayed here while in town for a fashion show. The staff was very kind and quickly got us checked into our room. I do want to say I don’t blame the hotel for what happened—it was caused by another guest. However, on the first night, the people above us left their bathroom water running, which flooded into our room. The ceiling started leaking, and water dripped onto us throughout the night.

Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked and didn’t have another room available, so we had to stay. The water ended up getting all over our belongings and made a big mess in the room.

I didn’t get pictures of the water on the floor because my first initial reaction was to get up the water .

Our rooms shower did not work. The shower faucet was broken. We did not discover til next morning. Had planned to shower. Would have liked an offer of room rate reduction from staff. Also a lamp did not work. I don’t rebook at a hotel when I’ve had issues- like these even if hotel was a good deal.

Not much sleep unfortunately.
Pros:

Pool and hot tub for the kids

Cons:

Very loud people staying at this hotel. 1:30 am till the morning. Couldn’t get ahold of the front desk during the night. I know unruly guests isn’t entirely the hotel’s fault but I’d like to be able to get ahold of the front desk during the night.

It was a very nice extended stay while we had our home remodeled.
Pros:

It is a very nice hotel. Next time, however, I will call the hotel directly to ensure we receive a mobility accessible room. The staff was very helpful.

Helped us out when we needed it most
Pros:

They were able to accommodate us on short notice as we had arrived home at midnight from being out of town to find our furnace went out and our house was too cold to stay in. They checked us in and then the next day we were able to extend at the same price for another day while our furnace was fixed and the house rewarmed.

I'll definitely be back.
Pros:

Location close to the medical facility I was using.
Layout of room (king studio suite) was clever, functional, and comfy.
Kitchen area was very functional with full frig/freezer, dishwasher, plates etc.
Really good room darkening shades.
Breakfast choices available to serve many food preferences with offering of fruit, keto, American style breakfast

Cons:

The sliding door between bathroom & entry was very difficult to slide open.
