My wife and I recently spent 7 nights at the amazing Hotel Dupond Smith. From the moment that we checked in until the moment that we checked out, this was an absolutely wonderful experience which made our trip to Paris a truly unforgettable vacation. The entire staff - in particular Arthus & Nicolas but also Farid and Christof - were warm, welcoming, engaging and professional, always ready to arrange taxi rides and provide great suggestions. The daily freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, banana bread and apple cake were a real treat. The hotel is situated on a small street in the heart of Le Marais – a great location where Notre Dame, the Pompidou Center, Place de Vosges, etc. are all less than a 12 minute walk. The accommodations were 5 Star all the way. Continuous room service that begins at 7:AM was fantastic.. The mini-bar was stocked with liquors, wines, pre-made cocktails, beer, soda, etc. The bathroom was large, the beds comfortable and the room totally soundproofed. If you are planning a trip to Paris and thinking of staying in Le Marais, you should seriously consider this great little hotel. It really doesn’t get any better than this...

10/10 excellent all around. Clean, safe, friendly, spacious, accommodating Equally friendly Over exceeded our expectations with handwritten welcome and thank you notes, baked goods and chocolates. Highly reccomend.

Great stay at the hotel, it’s a small boutique hotel with only 8 rooms, staff there are very helpful and accomodating to our requests, it was an amazing stay. The neighbourhood of Marais is also really interesting with good cafes and shopping.

Our suite was very spacious. The staff were beyond helpful and welcoming. Then homemade baking every day was wonderful. Would definitely stay there again.

I brought my family on a family trip to Paris and Burgundy. Three days in Paris. I am a veteran traveler, and I must say the staff and the hotel was the best I’ve ever stayed in. Comfort attention to detail willingness to answer questions. Top notch! If you’re looking for a place that is central to great things the metro and walk a building this is the hotel. I traveled with four grandchildren, had four rooms better than I ever could’ve imagined. Well done.

Nice boutique hotel in great location for shopping and restaurants. Staff were helpful and the room (41) was big by Paris standards. Good shower and bathroom!

Christophe was exceptional, helped us with a recommendation for dinner and made reservations. He was friendly, helpful and offered fresh baked goods daily. Location was excellent.

This was the perfect place to stay! It was small and quiet. The location was in a great neighborhood. We could easily walk to food, shopping, and the metro station. The room was comfortable, the staff was so friendly and there was always fresh baked goodies to try!

Fantastic property on all fronts

The location is super and the actual building was very gracious. After all the great reviews (and the prices) we were expecting a 5* experience. However, black mold all over the shower tiles, a room key which constantly failed, room not being made-up by 4pm, mini-bar/bathroom supplies not renewed…it was a litany of irritations and annoyances. Staff reaction was, at best, offhand. I really would not recommend.
