Super 8 by Wyndham Al Riyadh

Bad internet. No house keeping for 2 nights. Power cut twice for few seconds

a very nice cozy hotel next to Riyadh Front Exhibition and Conference Centre where 24 Fintech event was happening, it was supposed to be walking distance hotel but due to the constructions between them it wasn't a very nice area to walk dressed business (dirt all over your shoes) So i had to take the same cab took me to the hotel to take around and drop me to the closest walkable area.

The room was spacious (sitting area and a bedroom with a door) and each area has its own A/C which was freezing cold :)

the bathroom size is small compared to the entire room but does the job for quick biz trip.

but no tooth brush available nor slippers, I've asked for slippers and they delivered them to me

The room was ok. The bathroom was not very clean but acceptable. The staff was very friendly but overall the atmosphere is a little empty. There is not much around the hotel but I think the area is being developed. The hotel is located close to the airport and the exhibition center. Its value for money ratio is ok. The breakfast was very limited. Sandwiches wrapped in cling film looked not very appealing.

I flew into Riyadh late at night and just needed a place to stay overnight before catching a flight to AlUla early the next morning. There aren't a lot of hotel options in and around the airport, and of the few hotels, most are very pricey. This hotel was the best option in terms of value and proximity to the airport. Front desk person was very friendly and offered me a welcome drink. The room was big (I would later discover this to be the case in all the hotels I booked in Saudi!), clean and very comfortable.

Would encourage friends to book and stay this hotel. Value for the money paid. All staffs helpful. Convenient to airport .
Hopefully better internet speed and more food variety .
I will book again this hotel if go to Riyadh again in future

No reliable WiFi service, and no live TV service was available. The room was specious and that is one good thing I found. Towels need to be changed as they are not white enough and feels like many years in serving clients. The shower experience was good through in terms of hot and high pressure water.

No internet inside the room, you need to stay at door to get internet access. No breakfast only bread for 100SAR. all of the 3-4 containers in the breakfast are empty. they won't refill drinking water bottles or tea or coffee. even they refill only 2 bottles of 330ml will be given.

Friendly staff and clean hotel. Good location close to airport

The staff were very accommodating, room were clean and neat . Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our overnight stay

Room didn't have internet signal, lobby doesn't have internet service. Hallway doesn't have good reception or signal. Poor quality signal. Air-conditioning was poor set, in the morning floor was wet all over.

Conveniently located on Riyadh’s north side, close to the Airport, Riyadh Front Business Center, and the Business Gate. Just off the main roads to. central Riyadh, as well. Modern, clean, well maintained. Great for long stays.

Very helpful staff who were always willing to make our stay more enjoyable. Accommodated us for an early check in. Location is also very good, near airport. Breakfast was buffet style and everything was fresh. Overall very enjoyable stay.

A nice, pleasant and tranquil hotel.
It is close to all amenities and the airport.
The staff are all friendly and helpful - ranging from reception, housekeeping to the restaurant area and the management office.
As I have stayed there several times in the past, the hotel has undergone some changes and has thoroughly improved in it appearance and it’s service.

Bad experience started with rude unprofessional receptionist! With bad location just behind very noisy gas station , maintenance work was ongoing on Friday morning!!!

I stayed there as it was close to airport and needed some rest before a flight to Jeddah.
I was very hungry so ordered the mixed grill, which was described as kofta, tawook, French fries and Arabic bread. I Had not eaten so was very hungry. 30 minutes later a tray was delivered to my room with a plate of boiled rice, an awful looking salad and a small piece of chicken!!
I called the kitchen to complain and they just responded mixed grill not available, I asked why they didn’t tell me that when I ordered, but no reply.
Room was not the cleanest, sofa was stained etc.
Will definitely not be returning !

Good location near Riyadh Walk shopping mall. The hotel is under renovation right now, so many noises in the morning. Housekeeping could do a better job.

This is Varis Shaik, I stayed 7 nights in Super8 Hotel Riyad, Unfortunately at the time of billing 99.34 Sar they charged 9934 Sar to my credit card on 21st Dec 2021. Till now I didn't get my refund to my account. I checked with my Credit Card Bank they are confirming that 22nd the transaction is completed from credit card to your hotel account. Till now I didn't received my Refund.

Please do the needful.
