Las instalaciones modernas, la espaciosa, el desayuno excelente: consiste en una gran variedad de platos chinos pero para los occidentales tienen: huevos fritos, duros, duros en salsa de soja, omelete, verduras, sandia y melón, cafes y tes de flores y gran variedad excelentes, yogurt, preparaciones con arroz y con fideos de arroz, etc., todo de muy buena calidad, tal vez lo no tan bueno es la parte de bollería que tenía algunos tipo mufin y croissant pero no muy buenos.
El servicio y la calidad de atención de la recepción es excelente, con una recepción con dispenser de tes, helados y cafes de máquina todo free. Mejorable sería que hablaran inglés, aunque siempre estuvo la muy buena predisposición de comprender y darse a entender con traductor.

Had an excellent stay in large part due to the exceptional service of Ms Li Yan Yan (Yuki). She was most helpful and hospitable at check-in. Attended to my all questions, advised me on what to do and helped me booked tickets for a performance. She was amazing! She made my first visit to Luoyang a fantastic one. Thank you, Ms Yuki Li! The hotel is clean, next to metro station, few minutes walk to a local supermarket. Easy to get to the main sights.

Camera spaziosa e molto pulita. Una doccia bella grande, ma soprattutto staff gentilissimo. Ci hanno lasciato dei fogli con scritto di aver notato alcune delle nostre preferenze e ci hanno messo altre bustine di tè e bustine per il bagno. È un hotel comodo per andare alle grotte di Longmen ma anche per spostarsi in centro città in quanto la fermata della metro è a due passi.
