A friendly, clean hotel. Breakfasts were especially good and the staff very cheerful that early in the morning!

Cons:

I find a piece of hair in the bathroom on the floor next to the shower and a small stain that look like blood on the bed cover but we didn’t say anything about it because we was so tired.

Excellent facility and great staff
Pros:

The Breakfast was excellent and staff was friendly and helpful as always. I was sad that I had to go through a 2nd party in order to get the best prices.

Bucket list
Pros:

Made it to Idaho as my 49th state visited. This hotel is in good location within Twin falls. Clean and good service. Breakfast was typical Fairfield breakfast. Room was very comfortable. Plenty of options around hotel. Only one elevator was working during my stay...really the only issue. .

Pros:

Don't really eat breakfast but did go down and got a banana and yogurt. It looked good from what others were eating.

Cons:

The plug for the coffee maker area did not work so finally moved it to the desk so it worked there. Liked the wake up call. My room was quiet even though it was close to elevator/

Worst experience
Cons:

I was charged 2x. I prepaid my whole reservation and got charged again at the check-in. Manager didn't even contact me for a refund. What a pathetic service. I lost my money and the staff who overcharged me just kept on saying 'you need to see the manager' . I was so polite to the staff , thought it was just a pity mistake and will be taken care of. But no message or update from them yet. Even reply with any updates.
