Le fait que nous n’avons pas bénéficié de clés pour notre chambre en raison d’une panne du matériel donnant les informations sur la carte d’accès au chambre.Obligation de nous présenter à la réception et d’attendre le personnel de sécurité pour qu’il puisse nous emmener jusqu’à notre chambre pour nous ouvrir .Personnel au bar pas assez attentif à nos besoin tout simple d’un cendrier obligé de se deplacer pour en récupérer un après avoir attendu un moment en espérant qu’ils fasse attention à nos attentes de client vu la renommée de votre établissement.Ayant voulu changer car habitué des l’intercontinental sous la demande d’un ami!!!! Bref
Portes coulissantes au bar ne fonctionnant pas obligé de les ouvrir avec nos main.
