We held our son’s wedding reception on 7 September 2025 at Hotel Premiere Klang, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with utmost professionalism and care.

The banquet team, led by Azin and his team, was incredibly attentive, well-organized, and ensured that every detail ran smoothly. The kitchen crew, under the leadership of Chef Danny, served absolutely delicious food that received endless compliments from our guests. With a booking for 1,100 pax, the portions were more than sufficient and served promptly without any issues.

A very special thank you also goes to our Person-In-Charge, Puan Mazlina, who coordinated everything seamlessly and guided us with warmth and efficiency throughout the planning and execution of the event.

Had my daughter’s birthday party here @ Chill je. GREAT AMBIENCE, AMAZING FOOD.

Loved everything abt it. Gonna take few days to move on from this 😂

Held an 80th birthday party at the Royal Gourmet restaurant and had a wonderful experience, as always. Naha and the team - Ezman and Rohan were incredibly helpful and made the flow of everything run smoothly. Also, thank you to Ms. Maz for arranging everything :)

I had a great experience there for a Hi-tea event today. High praise to Ms Mazlina for hosting the event in such short notice with such high levels. The event was smooth and the ballroom given was luxurious. High praise also to the staff at restaurant today lead by Naha and the kitchen team lead by Chef Danny. Overall an easy 10/10

We held a 2-day corporate training here (First Aid, CPR & AED) on 16–17 July 2025 and had a great experience.

I am very satisfied with the facilities provided by this hotel. The spacious and comfortable grand ballroom, equipped with fast and reliable WiFi, ensured that our event ran smoothly and flawlessly. The generous booth space for employer agencies also made our arrangements throughout the program much easier.

Moreover, we were highly impressed with the friendly and professional service from the entire hotel staff starting from the warm greetings by the security guards, receptionists at the front desk, banquet assistants, kitchen staff, café servers, all the way to the marketing management officer, Ms. Mazlina and her team, who attended to us with great care and attentiveness.

The comprehensive parking facilities including spaces for cars, buses, and underground parking also provided additional convenience throughout our stay. With all these excellent facilities and outstanding service, I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future

We had to organize an event and the hotel made it a walk in the park for us. Their service provided is 5 star and I would personally call out to Ms. MAZLINA for making our event run so smoothly and accommodating to all our needs even at the very last minute. Definitely recommend hotel to stay and have any sort of function.

The food was so good. We enjoy dinner so much. 5 star service from their staff.

My friends and I organised a breakfast gathering to celebrate a friend who has just retired. We booked our reservation through Mazlina,she was the Pic in charged. She was friendly and easy to work with. We were assisted and served by the F&B Service Staff which were Lexmi, Bala, Mashood and Kamal who did their best in ensuring our gathering was really enjoyable and a pleasant one.The food spread was of course worth the money we paid for and that, we would like to thank the Kitchen Staff lead by Che Salem and his team. I, personally like the salad counter and the coffee choices. My friends and I had a great time. This was our 4th time here and we will definitely choose Buzz Cafe, Premier Hotel again. They had just renovated the cafe and it looked amazing.

Thank you to Premier Hotel team making my 10th Wedding Anniversary so meaningful and sweetest memory. They took a good effort to fulfill my request to make just simple deco for anniversary but I'm very surprised they make it beyond my expectations and it was complimentary. Special thanks to person in charge Ms Mazlina, housekeeping set up room Awang, Mozamel and Sajit who decorate the room very beautiful, delicious cake surprise from Chef Syamsul and team and thank you also to Syafiq from front office team who bring the cake nicely to our room.

Overall, Premier Hotel is selected as my favourite hotel and very recommended to stay!

We had our Crowning of Mrs Malaysia 2024 event at their Grand Ballroom and Letchu - the event floor manager for the setup and on the day of event was such a responsible person. He manage to get all our last minute requests in without delay and literally was on the ground doing the setup and coordinating with his team. Well done Letchu.

Not a good hotel

Standard has dropped a lot. The carpet is dirty and was also in one section of the room. Poor maintenance
