Very clean but tired

Qute, nice and frendly

L’hôtel est confortable et propre. Le personnel est très gentil.
La piscine et le coin déjeuner ont des airs d’Antilles avec les palmiers, les papayes et les grenadiers.
La plage n’est pas loin et c’est très calme
Les commerces sont à proximité

Nice apartment option within walking distance to the village center with a reasonably priced breakfast option.

We arrived at the hotel to friendly staff!
However we were in our room for about 15 minutes then we had to check back out!
The room was nothing like it is advertised on the site, it is all photographed (very well) as the actual place looks nothing that in reality.

Ved ankomsten til hotellet fik vi kontakt med det ældre værtspar, der virkede meget gæstfri og rare. Vi fik anvist et fint hotelværelse med dejlig balkon og havudsigt.
Beliggenheden er nær den gode restaurant Christos Karouzis og fin badestrand kan nås til fods. Mod vest er der strandpromenade hen til Latchi Marina. Vi nød gåturen dertil.
Morgenmaden bestod af en udvidet breakfast, der var helt i top, og vi blev mætte.
Et skønt og roligt sted der klart kan anbefales.

Overall it was a good experience. The only drawback was that the map location provided on their link was @3.4km from the actual hotel. Luckily the owner eventually picked me up to take me to the correct location. The couple running the business were very nice and friendly.

Good location close to centre of Polis with numerous bars and restaurants in close proximity. Very friendly and helpful staff. Apartment was very spacious, well furnished and clean. Will definitely stay again.

I tried to cancel 15 minutes after booking as I booked in the wrong area and got no response from either the hotel or Expedia

Only thing good was friendly staff.. Dangerous overall.. No lights in evening outside stairs.. Hand banister broken... Many steps to apt.. Bed uncomfortable.. Felt wood beams under.. Lipstick stains on pillowcase.. Mold everywhere.. Couldn't even enjoy a shower.. Moldy drops falling on you from steam even with window open.. Bad smell.. Horrible

El apartamento era bastante grande pero olia mucho a humedad sobre todo en la zona de la cocina donde además los muebles y la vajilla estaban muy sucios. Todo estaba bastante viejo y descuidado pero al menos las camas eran cómodas. Muy buen precio 35€ la noche para 3 personas asi que si solo vas a pasar un par de noches es suficiente

Never thought I did stay in somewhere like this again, been 20+ years, those that remember Teletext Holidays this was one! Bed was as hard as nails, towels were like Brillo pads, no hot water from sink in bathroom and you had a thin wood separating your neighbours bathroom so you could hear everything. Rooms were in much need of doing up, rusty pipes, peeling paint. Pool looked filthy so didn’t attempt to use it and deckchairs were really worn out, think it was a family run Hotel who were friendly, but I was too embarrassed to complain. not sure on the actually cost as I bought it with a flight, but probably too cheap! Came back from a day out on my last day and the cleaner had left the door unlocked and balcony door wide open and bedroom window wide open, had a bit of a panic, luckily nothing was taken and they didn’t do a very good job of the floor!

Very old place very basic and old fasioned. Breakfast was figs warm bread ham. Clean bedding but 2 single beds and all otger furniture old and basic. Electricity went off and spent 20 minutes looking for staff... in the end sorted it out myself!

Nothing to say .there is nothing good to say about this hotel or for the owners.

Δεν είναι δυνατό να φιλοξενούνται άτομα σε αυτό το άθλιο διαμέρισμα. Οι φωτογραφίες του δωματίου όταν έγινε η κράτηση ήταν παραπλανητικές. Αυτό που μας έδωσαν δεν είχε καθόλου σχέση με αυτό που είδαμε. Τα έπιπλα δεκαετίας 70 ή 80. Το ντους στο μπάνιο δεν δούλευε, το ίδιο και το καζανάκι στην τουαλέτα η οποία ήταν σπασμένη, υπήρχαν κατσαρίδες, μύριζε η αποχέτευση, το παράθυρο του μπάνιου πολύ ακάθαρτο, το ένα από τα δύο στρώματα σίγουρα δεν ήταν για ύπνο, ο χώρος έξω από το διαμέρισμα ήταν ακάθαρτος.

Simple, straightforward accomodation. Room in need of refurbishment but clean and reasonably comfortable

There was a lot of dust in the room, bath was not clean ,the TV was not switching on

When we arrived nobody was there. After a while the lady arrived (from her lesson) and invited us to our apartment. It was equiped with everything. Unfortunately the room wasn't well maintained; it needed proper cleaning and fungus was present at the bathroom. The oranges offered were pressed and tasted delicious, so that was a very friendly gesture. We had breakfast and it's a normal one compared with other ones we had in Cyprus.
