Clean hotel

This hotel needs many improvements. Showerhead was leaking badly. Hot water was not constant. Lack of cup., hangers, etc...

Super good location. The room I had is at the ground floor was very quiet. Like it. Definitely staying here again for my next visit.

Each room hasn't its own small hot water unit. Tick.
The rooms are clean. Tick.
The bed was comfortable. Tick.
It is close to changkat and Jalan Alor and pavilion and Bukit Bintang so all good if those places are of interest to you.
The downside of the rooms is the thin walls and the fact that many of them including mine are windowless.
Overall good value and better than a more expensive place nearby on changkat.

Actually I stayed in April 2017. I am reviewing today(13 0ct 2017).
Today I am searching through hotels.com to see the image of the hotel are same and yes i found same as I stayed.
NIce stay. Bangladeshi Manager was friendly and helpful. Hope to stay in this hotel again.But only one problem, everyday I had to ask at the front desk for toiletries, water bottle and to change beds sheets and clean.
Overall satisfied. Best wishes to the d'or hotel.

Some taxis in this area do not use taxi meter. Take the blue taxi, they use taxi meter.

I stayed here 3 times since 2015, the location is nearby to the restaurants, malls and you feel secured.

Good and affordable hotel. Near to Jalan Alor, malls and public transportation.

Location is Great. Bus stand, sky train, taxi all are available in 1-2 mins. This area is famous for restaurants and night life.
Rooms are not big, but well decorated. Air Condition super chilled. Bathroom was good with free toiletries, towels and they changed those everyday.
Good value for money.
Wifi was not so strong, staffs are very helpful.
U can go anywhere in KL from here.

perfect 2 night stay, the staff very helpful and clean room condition.
they have limited parking lot. only a few minutes to Bukit bintang, sungei wang plasa and KLCC by walking.

Written 2pm check in time, but we reach the hotel at 2.20pm, the room is not ready, when i get into the room, terrible, dirty around, so i approach to hotel staff, they ask me to wait for 30minutes, wasted my time! and no apologize from them! By the way, no reservation parking, first com first serve, only 4 available parking lot. FOUR!

Hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of major shopping malls and monorail, parking is directly in front of the hotel, so it's very limited. Room was ok, air conditioned, the remote control was not working sometimes, bathroom is clean with good water pressure. Overall, the hotel is worth the price that it is charging.

+ Near Jalan Alor and Bukit Bintang. Wireless internet is excellent.

- The nearby building is on renovation so it was so loud for my 2 days there. Then they moved me to another room but it seems worse than the first one cos air con didnt work properly and so noisy all day all night. The toilet is so dirty. No sign to tell to clean room or do not disturb. My 2 towels got holes. No fridge!

The moment I step in..I felt comfortable and very welcoming..not only with excellent service coming from the staff but all the facilities provided was amazing!!Love this hotel in general satisfaction!!
