Pros:

Location was good for me as there were Indian Veg restaurants near by, shopping centres, banks close by.
Value for money paid.

Cons:

Photo shown in booking.com app is not the reality.
Its not a 1/2/3 star hotel its like a lodge with ac room more.
Bathroom was not clean
Bed sheet were having stains
Electric kettle was having stains inside
Floor was not dry
Shower head was leaking
Door knob lock for bathroom was not of use they kept rubber stopper to close the door.

Но это лучшее место для того что бы попасть в прошлое. В 60-70е годы 20 века.
Старый дом, более 100 лет, стоящий в двух шагах от океанского побережья. Высоченные потолки, огромные окна.
Номера в колониальном стиле.
Аскетизм и достоинство.
Минимализм в интерьере. И аскетизм номера создают иллюзию полного погружения в 60-70 годы.
Все пропитано духом романтики.
Да есть определенные проблемы, но они ничтожны по сравнению с подаренной возможностью перенестись в прошлое.
Спасибо.
Если бы у меня была возможность прожить полгода в Коломбо - я провел их именно в этой гостинице.
В этом же номере.

Pros:

I had a great stay here and really appreciated the flexibility they offered. They made an early check-in possible, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made my arrival much smoother.

The place itself was comfortable and welcoming, and the staff were very kind throughout my stay. It’s those small details that make a big difference—I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Pros:

The staff they are so good and friendly which helped lots and hotel was poke 24/7 access which made easier as I travelled for business most of my meeting were night time. Mainly I even extent two days my stay there.

המראה נורא. החדר המקורי שקיבלתי למרות שהיה אמור להיות עם נוף היה עם חלון מופנה לקיר.
החדר טחוב.
הזמנתי ליומיים ביום ההגעה שלי. בערב ביטלתי את היום השני. לא קיבלתי החזר.

Worth for money
Pros:

Great hotel in a perfect location! It’s very close to important offices, banks, and many good restaurants, which makes everything very convenient. The staff including Rajah are also extremely friendly and helpful, making the stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!

Unbeatable location, but needs some TLC
Pros:

I recently stayed at Comfort@15 (Feb 2026)and the location is easily its best feature. Being so close to the Kollupitiya Railway Station made getting around incredibly easy, and having the beach and major Colombo landmarks within short distance was a huge plus. The staff were curteous and accommodated our requests.

Cons:

However, the property itself is feeling a bit dated. The building is in need of some upgrades and general renovation to bring it up to modern standards. If you prioritise being in the heart of the action, it’s a solid choice, but don’t expect brand-new facilities.
