Khách sạn đẹp, tiện ngay vị trí trung tâm. Nhân viên hiếu khách, nhiệt tình và thân thiện, hỗ trợ nhanh chóng. Bữa sáng ngon, đa dạng món, ăn rất hợp khẩu vị. Mình rất hài lòng với trải nghiệm tại Mường Thanh Sông Lam và sẽ quay lại khi có dịp.

Pros:

The hotel looks excellent and room was pretty nice and bathtub was amazing. Overall it was nice but very pricey

The breakfast was amazing with variety of local food and international ones.

Cons:

The promoted restaurant on first floor was completely empty and we were not sure if we are suppose to be there. The menu was quite scarce.

For the rooftop bar you need to take the stairs from 32 floor and when we arrived it was empty with lights off and staff was missing.

There seemed to be cockroach remains in the warming pot for the water so we couldnt make the complimentary coffee which looked good.

Pros:

Although locating at city center, the room rate is relatively reasonable. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast menu should be improved wirh more choices.

Pros:

It is a slightly old hotel but still 5 stars in my opinion in vinh city. I do not understand why there are many bad reviews. We should not expect much until we compared this with other hotels within vinh city. This is already considered good given the size and the service of the staff are all acceptable too. Breakfast is probably not for local taste though but suffice for travellers though not the best, but come on, we are paying only this much, we cannot expect the same 5 stars level as hanoi or hcmc which is 3 times the price or 4.

Cons:

If the food selection has more local, that will be great! But spread is ok for international travellers.
