-The hotel's policies are unreasonable and inconvenient. Only infants under 3 years old can accompany their parents in one room. 3 years and above must add on price for adult room.
-Staff not friendly

Pros:

Property is rundown & no repairs, the window less rooms have no ventilation, fans not work in bathroom, rooftop tables etc access not as advertised. Construction on adjoining property 7 days untill 9pm at times. Staff friendly, wifi network needs updating for safe use.

Pros:

This hotel is central located, close to the rail lines, walkable, markets are one block away. Great coffee shops one block away. Good backpacking hotel. Not fancy, just affordable and comfortable. The staff were friendly!

Close to Independence Square
Pros:

The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. For me, location was perfect but it all depends what you want to do. It´s few minutes walking to Independence Square, China Town, Colonial area. Also easy to reach TBS Bus station by train. And just 400 meters from Han Travel (trips to Taman Negara).

Cons:

This single room doesn´t have a window. For me no problem as I just needed a place to sleep. Currently, from 8 am there is construction work right next door.

Pleasant stay for a solo traveller just needing a place to sleep and shower, and nothing more.
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to Masjid Jamek LRT which gets you to KLCC in just 3 stops, and also walking distance to Pasar Seni station. Laundry mat is also just a 3 minute walk down the road. Super clean room, one of the cleanest rooms I've ever seen.

Cons:

Room was very small, but fair for the price and good enough for a solo traveller that just comes back to the room to sleep and shower.

Pros:

Booked a single room. Was a bit small but was clean although you have to buy your own toiletries.
Was within walking distance of Petaling Street so no lack of good food and convenience stores.
Hotel was near the main roads so quite easy to book Grab.
Hotel staff were quite friendly and helpful. Good service!

Pros:

Avoid it if you can. The condition is old, seems nobody stayed at the hotel. I did not meet or see any other guests.
They charge 10 MYR each night in addition to what you already paid. I paid for the room , including taxes and fees, but was still charged 10 MYR for each night. They only accept CASH!

The room is really small and very basic. The owner was rude.

Too many rats around.

Pros:

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The staff is very supportive, and the Hotel is very well-located. In a few minutes, you can easily reach the central market, Chinatown, subway station, and various places for eating. From this hotel to Petronas Tower, there are just two subway stations. I highly recommend this hotel. Since the entrance the staff welcomes you with a great smile.
