Apartment is showing signs of age but location on the wharf will book it everytime
Pros:

Location was great, access to pool and spa was lovely

Cons:

Property was showing lots of signs of ware and tare, poorly patched walls, previously painted and unfinished surfaces, low quality materials or unprofessionally installed fixtures I.e floorboards were all moving away from each other.

A really god stay.
Pros:

very clean and quiet.
the pool, spa and sauna were good too.

Cons:

The doona was quite thin and it was cold at times, we didn’t put the heater on all night either though.

batteries in both tv remotes were flat.

Pros:

Excellent location, close to tram stop, restaurants and DFO South Wharf.
Wonderful view of Yarra river.
Apartments well furnished with excellent facilities.
Building very secure, spa, sauna and gym well used during our stay.

Great location, spacious and clean apartment.
Pros:

Great location. Handy to tram stops.

Cons:

The aircon was locked at 21 degrees and the front bedroom got quite stuffy quickly so we had to keep the door open to allow some airflow as we had 2 people sleeping in there. We left the main bedroom balcony door open so that helped. Thankfully our stay was during a cool night.

Pros:

We love staying at this apartment building. Regular visitors. Great facilities for a family with kids

Cons:

Having to pay extra for parking space. This particular room had an Uncomfortable and impractical couch for a family room. Bathroom grout needs a good clean.

Just amazing all round convenient clean secure just 10 out of 10
Pros:

I actually liked everything about this place and I’ll sure will be back, close to all the facilities that we needed easy pick up for Uber’s clean Functional. The Bed was so comfortable, I would love to know what the brand was . Just a great job all round.

Perfect for a weekend in town.
Pros:

The apartment was perfect for us, a few nights with 2 children. The apartment was large enough to give us space

Cons:

If you want to be more central this property might be out of the way but very easy access to tram system.

Stunning views and great accessibility to Melbourne CBD.
Pros:

Location and views were excellent. Loved the floor to ceiling windows and apartment was clean and accessible to the city, cafes and shopping.

Cons:

The kids room had the ensuite instead of the main room. I think this may have been because I asked for a configuration of two singles and a queen possibly.

Pros:

Location to the Convention Centre was excellent. The views were superb. Entry and Exit into the property was easy. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The clothes dryer is not adequate because the clothes took an extremely long time to dry. The crockery should be placed closer to the bench space in the kitchen for closer access - a minor matter but makes life easier.

Pros:

Clean, value great and friendly receptionist

Cons:

Advised $500 bond but was charged the $500 plus another charge of $105. As it was the weekend and we left early Tuesday unable to clarify additional charge.
