Pros:

The location is very good. Staff are ok, bathroom was flooding due to a water leak but maintenance said they couldn't do anything. No other room offered. Breakfast is very basic and most choices have ran out by 9 am. Overpriced for what you get. I'm not going there again.

Pros:

The wifi is always down and the front desk is not helpful when we asked for assistance. Moreover, I got a room which has no window. Overall, it is pricey to stay in this hotel. Not worth the money.

The location is great
Pros:

Been to KK many time but it was my first stay at the hotel and I found it just worth for what I paid for it. The room is small but clean. The breakfast was tasty but very limited choices. Not recommendable for family trip.
