Pros:

The rooms were very clean and organized, and the front desk staff were very kind.

Cons:

The complimentary breakfast was very poor. They not only ran out of plates, but they had no new sausages, eggs, hard boiled eggs, etc. come out for over 30 minutes when there was a lot of guests. The breakfast staff didn’t speak enough English understand questions.

Pros:

Not much because it seemed to be under new management because we stayed at the same location and the conditions was totally better!

Cons:

My wife suffered a serious case of bed bug bites over 50% of her body! She had to receive medical treatment! We notified the establishment and we are waiting for a reply.

Would not stay at this location again.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable. Easy check in.

Cons:

If I had known the area before my stay I would not have picked this area. When we returned to the hotel after hours the next door room had music and were banging and yelling. The staff had to bang on the door multiple times. We had the a/c turned all the way to the lowest temperature and it was warm all night. We waited 20 minutes to check out and no staff was at the front desk. We left our keycards and left. Limited parking and the motel across the lot is rundown and ghetto.

Pool freezing...lots of chemicals..My son with Special needs was so upset he had no pool for 2 days.
