Hampton Inn brand. Breakfast was excellent. Locating near highway with 20 minutes access into Baltimore city.
A few missed item in the room — iron and 2nd towel in a double room.
It was easy to walk across to the wedding venue I was attending.
How it took more than 8hrs to receive towels and washcloths after being told it will be just a few mins multiple times

I had to pay 50.00 dollars for early check in. I didn't receive my deposit 75.00 for incidentals.
Housekeeping was terrible. Second night, had to go to front desk, no coffee, requested extra pillows, only 1 towel. Third night No coffee, no coffee cups went to lobby for the cups and front desk for coffee. Forth night and last night’s stay No Towels, housekeeping left cleaning cloth on counter, no coffee and hairs in shower that did not belong to us! The lotion was stale and unusable-it had a bad smell

From the moment I checked in, the experience fell well below the standard I’ve come to expect from Hilton properties. The incidental hold was noticeably higher than the typical $50 I’m accustomed to, and as a long‑standing Hilton Honors member, I was neither acknowledged nor asked about my membership at check‑in. When I inquired about receiving my usual amenities, I was told I could only choose one item—even though multiple options were displayed.
The room itself was nice, but the bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and in the morning the shower never produced hot water, which is unacceptable for any hotel stay.
At checkout, the interaction was equally disappointing. The staff member didn’t ask how my stay was or offer any courtesy; he simply looked at me as if to drop the keys and move on. The overall lack of hospitality, recognition, and basic service makes it clear that I will not be staying at this hotel again.
