Beautiful location but rooms need to be upgraded and modernised.
Pros:

The location on the shores of Lake Toba is superb. The breakfast is also excellent.

Cons:

The shower facilities were not good - only a handheld shower which was not able to be afjusted in height or direction when mounted which resulted in water everywhere in the bathroom.

Sehr gutes Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut, ruhig gelegen, sauber und mit gutem Frühstück. Es lohnt sich dort abzusteigen. Die Bewertung auf Booking.com ist nicht richtig, da wurde etwas anscheinend nicht geprüft. Nur 7.3 ist absolut unrichtig.

Cons:

Das Verhalten des Kundenservice von Booking.com ist nicht zufriedenstellend. Auf Anfragen wir nicht reagiert, bzw. ist den Mitarbeitern dort alles egal.
Es gibt bessere Buchungsplattformen.
