Great Location if you are watching your budget
Pros:

The location was excellent close to shops and cafes and restaurants and for the budget conscience it was good value especially for locals having a city staycation.

Cons:

The room was so small there was no room for our suitcases and we had to leave them in the car so not the right place for international travellers with luggage.

Great location, comfortable with the family. Huge thank you to John who went out of his way to accommodate us when our ferry to the South Island was cancelled and sorted an extra night for us.

The washer dryer combo was a nice extra
Comfy bed

Cons:

That because I used booking.com or afterpay I had to pay a $150 bond which still hasnt been refunded. I was actually there because my husband is in ICU at the hospital and really couldn't afford the $150 bond but felt i had no choice because I was so tired from being at the hospital all day.

Pros:

キッチン付きで朝食を部屋で出来て便利だった。アメニティはシャワーキャップもあり助かった。フロントも感じ良く、部屋の鍵についている小さなデバイスで、外のドアやエレベーターを簡単に開けることが出来てセキュリティも良いと思った。静かで快適な滞在でした。

Cons:

中庭が部屋に囲まれた設計のホテルの1階で、一人だったのでドアは開けず、外からどのくらい中が見えるかわからないのでカーテンもあまり開けられなかったところ。２階以上のバルコニー付きのお部屋だったらドアも開けてゆっくり出来そうでした。

Good, but never choose with breakfast.
Pros:

The apartment is on the small side but livable. It is well-furnished, and the balcony is welcome. The location is excellent: close to everything and with good public transport within meters. I requested a silent apartment and was given one facing the interior patio; this was good.

Cons:

We paid for two with breakfast. The property said that they never offered breakfast and that it was something Booking came up with. It was very hard to make them honour what we had paid for. When they did it, it was the bare minimum.
